Can anyone upload SystemUI.apk from stock 4.4?
Yes, but why don't you just download the stock kitkat rom and get it yourself...

Then it has to work. Try clearing everything and then flashing ROM + QuickSettings zip at the same time.
I'm trying to get the system update from the settings but it keep saying that is my device is up to date.
anyone know why??

Honestly, it should come up naturally..If it doesn't work, you can always download the stock image from Google site and flash it manually.. Just search for the name efrant in this forum, you'll get what you seek

Pretty sure you only get the update on stock rom. Are you sure the update isn't from PA?
Nope, i checked the Settings in System updates and got a message about 4.3 system update.

Sir, also provide me plusone.odex....
I'm on deodexed rom, you're gonna have to Google it, or extract it from a 4.4 stock Rom
