maybe change ROM or other idea.
Thanks for your help

i think there is no way 2 use 2 WCDMA/GSM(auto connect) for both the sim.. U can go to settings-more networks- mobile networks... then u can set the type of network u have to use for both of ur sim.. i think it is possible to have GSM in both but it is not possible to have WCDMA/GSM(auto connect) mode in both the sim.

Sir ,
I am using Jio 4G sim card in my Note 4 , but if i change and insert any other oprater sim then its showing network but i cant make a call and send a massage or use Internet. I was inform to customer service then they told me that your have used Jio Sim so nothing any options to recover it. So please anybody please guide me properly . Help me please .
You can use any sim. When you change your jio sim, makeep sure that you have selected auto in network mode instead of lte only at the same time you have to select the correct apn in Internet settings. Jio sim will not lock lock your phone to that network. .. using jio on note 4, j7 2016, j2...without any issues
I have an OP2 OOS Version 3.5.6. My two sim slots are also filled up with two sims. So the Problem here is Only one of the Sim works at a time. Suppose if i keep the PREFERED SIM FOR MOBILE DATA as SIM 1 , the network of SIM 2 goes off and only SIM 1 is active.Vice versa . Please help me and as far as i remember i did not configure any unneccesary things. I am just noobin these stuff.TIA
Network???

You can't use two 4G SIMs at the same time.
The SIM not set as the primary (data) SIM can only connect to a 2G network.
It's always been like this on the OP2

I mean't to say that Vodafone is 4G enabled Sim. It is not mandatory that it should work only on 4G.
Whereas JIO is a Network Where 4G is Mandatory. BTW it was working fine for the past three months without any issue.
And I even tried Having Airtel as the 1st Sim and Vodafone as the 2nd sim (Vice Versa) it doesn't work..
I thought if i Factory Reset the phone the problem would be gone, but it didn't ! Probably i have to go to a Service Centre

If your JIO SIM is the primary SIM and Vodafone have a 2G network in your location, the second SIM should be able to connect too.
If it doesn't, something isn't right.
