I have installed this ROM and I absolutely love it. I have one problem with it, though. I have no data at all. I tried looking for the LTEConfig.apk to delete this and it's not present in /system as it is suggested. I also cannot change my APN settings because I am unable to click on network settings, as a matter of fact I cannot even turn it on. There is even no option to update the PRL/Profile like most roms. I'm using the LS890 - Sprint Variant. I flashed the LS890-BS-Cloudy.zip and it didn't help as I have no other issues other than the missing network settings. Anyone else having this issue? If so, any fix to this?

Thanks for the quick reply. I forgot to mention that I've tried flashing that as well and it's no go. My network settings option is completely grayed out and I can't do anything.

@Cloudyfa , is there any fix for this?
I installed the baseband before the rom, then the rom, went through my setup, installed everything, rebooted, nothing, installed the bootstack as per this post, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=51974589&postcount=281&nocache=1 and nothing.

Yes, yes I have. I idiotically flashed the radio from the ZVC update which gave me a boot certificate error and ended up flashing zv8 from the tot so I'm starting all over again. This time around I'm upgrading from ZV9 to Cloudy Pro II. Let's see how that goes. I'll be done in a few minutes. I'll post back afterwards.

Try pull down the notification bar and long-press "Data"
Theres a fix for that already.
1.)Make sure you have root
2.)Download APN Backup from play store and system/app mover
3.)use system/app mover to make APN Backup a system app
4.) Open APN Backup and press the menu button and click disable ICS
5.) Backup your apns
6.)flash ROM of choice
7.) Repeat steps 1 through 4
8.) Restore apn

So just to be clear, I'll do this on my stock KITKAT rom, back up, flash cloudy pro 2, restore, and profit???
I'll give it a try right now!!!
@Cloudyfa this is something that should be on your faqs thread. I'll confirm if it works for me in a few seconds!
Yup. It works. Thank you so much! I wish I didn't have to go through all of this to make it work, as it would be great to just have a PRL/Profile update button back on the settings, but this is a nice workaround.
@Cloudyfa @LilDemon124, did you ever get a problem where you try to send a text message and it says NO USIM? I've tried removing and reinserting the SIM and it still doesn't work.

I tried to update my 9020a to the 4.0.4, was somewhat successful except not cellular connection. I have blank bars for signal with an x in it.
My IEMI shows correct in the EFS folder
I tried flashing my radio many times, I have UCKF1. I tried the original one, it failed but was able to flash the new version. But, I still have the same problem and it shows my baseband ver as i9020xxki1
I then went back to the pixel rom I had on before, same thing, no mobile network.
Then i brought my phone back to GB, I had a rooted nandroid. Same issue
what the hell happened and how do I get it back.
im actually really glad i have the patience to wait for the official release of ICS and don't jump on every leak and spend hours trying to fix what could of been avoided.
THIS LEAK ISN'T FOR THE I9020A!
I know it was not for the 9020a, but there is others that were successful. I got it to run, and it worked great, except the radio issue.
Now Im all the way back on GB, and still cant get it to work.
I am tired of waiting. This is not my first android and I bought this phone for the updates. Well, its just like every other att devices, updates just dont come this way.
so, how do i get signal back

If you've made a backup of your EFS folder, repush it to your phone. That fixed my problems regarding radio a few times already.
1. Go to Dialer. Dial *#*#4636#*#*
2. Go to Phone information. Choose the preferred network to
"GSM Auto PRL" or "CDMA Auto PRL" or whatever you have.
3. Scroll down, deactivate and activate Phone Radio.
4. Press Menu button.
5. Select Phone frequency, then choose your country.
6. In the previous menu push the Home button to go back to Homescreen.
7. Reboot.

UCKE1 fixed it for me.
I put KD1 on for my 9020a on AT&T (I get better data speeds with an older radio for some strange reason) and DELETED /efs, rebooted, and it started working. To anyone else reading this, backup /efs before trying ANY of this.

Did you replace your EFS folder or just delete it?
If you replaced it, what command did you use to replace it?

I tried deleting the contents of my EFS folder, replacing it with the backup files, rebooting and still no luck.

Sweet, that was the only one that worked for me. Now go and enjoy 4.0.4
Im still on my first charge from this morning. I love it!
Instable network connection on I9020XXKF1
Since I updated to 4.0.3 I've been having random network connection issues: Sometimes when waking the phone from sleep while connected to wifi the signal bar is empty only fix is to reboot the phone. I've updated to 4.0.4 on Wednesday and still have this issue. I was wondering if any of you have a suggestion for a better radio for the GSM/UMTS version of the i9020. I9020XXKF1 is supposed to be the most stable radio, unfortunately it isn't for me. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

i think that is all of your system data information (downloaded apps, passwords, pics, settings, etc). doing a factory reset/data wipe clear all of that.

while I don't think there is an issue with TWRP, I would certainly post your question on that thread.

Can u get the phone back into recovery mode? With the phone off, press and, hold the power and volume down button. When the LG logo appears let off the power button and quickly press and hold again. The screen should turn white and will ask if you want to do a factory reset. Choose yes and you should go into recovery mode. Hopefully you can get that far. Then you can reinstall from your backup(if u made one) if not. Be sire you do a wipe. Also if you unzipped the file into multiple folder you can have problems too. If so flash the backup and delete everything except the zip file. Once you are in recovery wipe the data. Be sure to include dalvic cache and cache. Then flash the cloudy Rom,zip file and all should be good. Pm me if you have any questions about it.

Hello,
Back in August of 2015 I bought a FreedomPop Samsung Galaxy S4 which I used with FreedomPop up until just recently when I signed up with RingPlus, ported my old FreedomPop number to my R+ account and then deactivated my FreedomPop account. OK, so.. my problem is is that now I can't use R+ because it requires me to update my PRL, but I can't. I get this error: "The PRL update could not be completed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, you may need to contact Customer Service. Error: Connection Error (6)"
Now, in the past when I was trying to root my phone I really screwed things up and ended up having to install new Firmware. You can find more information about that here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-sprint/help/caught-boot-loop-rooting-t3304144
Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially since my phone is practically useless at the moment.

When I tried that, the number disappeared when I added the last #. And it still won't let me update the PRL.
I think I know why that didn't work. I'm suppose to dial ##72786#, not ###72786#. I'm assuming you meant for me to reprovision my phone?
Anyway, I did that and seemed to be working fine, but then when I tried to update the PRL it, took me to hands free activation. Same when I tried to update my profile as well. How do I go about avoiding this?
I could really use some help here please.

Alright. I should probably contact Ringplus directly about my other problem here.

Alright. TWRP has been installed, as well as SuperUS. Just checked with Root Checker and my phone has been properly rooted.
However.. the problem still persists. I still am unable to get RingPlus to work with my phone. Perhaps because I can't update the PRL, it keeps taking me to hands free activation, or perhaps there's something else going on. I will see if I can contact RingPlus and see if they know what's wrong.
Thank-you for your assistance, I will report back if I get this figured out.
I SOLVED IT JUST BY CONFIGURING AN APN. IT WAS TRIVIAL ALL ALONG, I'M A ****ING DUMBASS
Hi ya'll,
Yesterday I got me a V20 H990DS and proceeded to unlock it with dirtysanta.
I soon noticed I can't connect to the mobile network at all (network status is disconnected, always). Everything else works ok, SMS, Wifi, calls.
I flashed back to stock using a kdz and the problem remains the same. I have a couple of ideas as for what to do next:
Flash the modem: I remember having the same problem with my LG G4, all I had to do was to flash the appropriate modem. I don't know how to flash modems or where to get them though.
Flash the correct kdz: the packaging and an IMEI checker both state the phone is AUS and I might have flashed a wrong version of it. Another IMEI checker claims it belongs to the ABC region (?). Frankly, I don't think it even matters.
Use the secret menu to fix some network configurations: I know absolutely nothing about it so you'd have to guide me.
The bottom line is, I need help, please.
Flash this using LGUP and use only Partition Download option.
https://lg-firmwares.com/downloads-file/4345/H990ds10b_00_OPEN_ESA_DS_OP_1102.kdz
You will get Blue screen saying phone reset status 2.
Then go to download mode again and flash Indian version v10j available on the same website.
Use same Partition Download option this time also.
Once successfully flashed... Phone gets its signals.
Try this and update

Hi, Thanks for the reply.
I'm using LGUP 1.14 with uppercut and I can't find any "only Partition Download option", The options I have available are: Refurbish, Upgrade, Phonesetting and FOTA Upgrade.
Which of these options should I use? Should I get a different version or LGUP?
I'd like to be 100% sure before I flash my phone again.
Thanks again.

Try installing this...LGUP.zip file contents and try again. Uninstall your old version before proceeding. If your phone is detected in download mode as H990DS, then you should be able to see the options.
If your phone is not detected, then unzip V20 dll and paste in root folder of LGUP in the C/programfiles path.
