Hey guys,
I'm having trouble finding the right modem to install. If i try to install one, the baseband version seems to not change? I'm not sure what to do...
Can someone help point me in the right direction?
I'm running GOOGLE EDITION 4.4.2 BY Danvdh, Kryten2k35 & Ktoonsez.
Fido galaxy s4
Baseband: I337MVLUEMK6
Kernal version 2.4.0-g22842f5
Build number: KOT49H.04.08.2014
Would be greatly appreciated!!

You need the NC1 modem, there is a page here with it on it...you likely are running mk6 or lower. When you flash via odin PC, make sure you that the checkmark out of auto reboot as it actually reboots before odin has a chance to finish, there are also instructions in that thread, you should flash the modem twice....

Please see this thread, ckeck that you have done the steps as they are explained. Also make sure the modem actually flashed, I have seen where it didn't take the first time. The other thing you could try is do a backup of your current rom and try flashing the mapleleaf rom. I was on Dan's before but found mapleleaf runs better, for me anyway....

Andy I had Omega v21 but the wifi wouldn't turn on and Security force closed Settings. Omega's BL file isn't partitioned for Odin to see and the latest BL didnt work for me. Any suggestions?

Sprint
Model # - SPH-L720
Android Version: KitKat 4.4.2
Kernel Version: [email protected] #1
Build# - Negalite-WondeROM-NAE-r6
I rooted and installed this rom a few months back, im getting inconsistent service! i barely get data service in places i should be getting. i updated my PRL, Profile, and Firmware but still no change. i called sprint and they said you need to update the PRL but i already did that but they dont see it on their system that i did, maybe its because im rooted with a custom rom.

1. This is the latest firmware: HERE.
2. You can't flash older firmware.

Yes the APN is all setup correctly.
Did you find a way to solve the the problem i have exact same problem with my S4.
search for Dr Keaton / Dr Keton on Google as follows
"Dr Keton site:XDA-developers.com"
without quotes u should get result which shows his threads of restoring network cause most likely you damaged your IMEI
use philz recovery and do a System cleaning for install new roms and install the new Rom clean
Hey guys!
I've read everything I could but everything I have found is still a little vague for me since I need a more specific answer.
I have a I337M running CyanogenMod 11 M9 with "I337MUMUAMG1" baseband on Telcel (Mexico). Can I jump from "MG1" to "I337MUMUFNE2", which is the lastest for Telcel (May 16) without having major problems? I dont really want to mess up anything but CM M10 to M12 (and M13 will without a doubt) requieres me to update my baseband since is not connecting to mobile data.
I read that I need to load the latest stock ROM and then re-root, re-custom recovery and then re-flash CM 11 XX. Im also worried about the Knox thing and new bootloaders messing with the sound and WiFi.
Is there a guide I have totally missed to do this?
I found this thread were djdedonrg posted just the modem Im looking for (NE2), Can I just flash it with Odin and be good?

Thanks in advance!
Anyone?
You can try flashing a newer modem, thought i don't think there should be a problem as long as you flash stock firmwares. you can freely Odin things with i337M
Yeah you can Flash only the modem via ODIN, I actually have the I337MUMUFNE2 Modem on my SGH-I337m from Telcel Mexico with a custom ROM
You dont need to flash the entire Stock ROM.
Here´s the file of the TECEL NE2 Modem

I was running a modified ROM on my device and I decided I'd rather go back to stock touchwiz.
I did some searching and found a link to a lollipop 5.0.1 release.
I then flashed the file though odin, did a complete factory reset after and booted my device.
It booted fine and everything worked until I decided I'd connect my device to the wifi. The issue I'm having is, the wifi on the phone wont turn on. The switch flicks, but goes back to the off position in less than a second.
I'm wondering what could be the issue here. I still haven't found a right modem to flash as I believe thats the issue.
model: SGH i337M
baseband: i337MVLUEMK6

urgent help needed.
Thanks in advance.
Did you flash the latest firmware from here: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SGH-I337M/
Your wifi probably doesn't work because the baseband doesn't match the bootloader.
