I noticed on my phone dual camera option is disabled. I cant use both cameras at same time.
I use auto mode with no effects.
Is there any setting for this to be enabled?

Make sure your video shooting mode is in "normal" and not in fast mode, smooth mode, slow mode or mms recording mode.

Hi, unfortunately I"m back again with another problem ...
Randomly my camera locks (marked as gray) the other Focus Modes (Macro, Infinity, Auto) and keeps only the Continous selection. The same happens also with the Camcorder. Randomly.
The Camera app is located in the Phone memory.
And, ehmm, the Camera.apk I using is from the Cyanogen mod 6, that with the Continous AF in Video Recording (delicious )
Thanks for the answer.
If i'm correct, this happens only when u select a different scene mode instead of using "auto" option.
Yes, you are correct Thanks
I have a rooted Galaxy S4 with the stock Samsung OS. I am wondering if there is any way for the camera to automatically be in HDR mode when it is launched. Thanks.
Is there a way to stay in another camera mode other than auto when you close the camera? I love using HDR but everytime I close the camera, then go to use it later I have to cycle back through to find HDR again. It's really annoying.

I don't know how to fix in HDR camera mode...
but I know what you mean, circle around to find HDR mode again... why you don't push the button on upper left corner and select mosaic mode view?! it's easier to find the mode you want... try it.
I guess thats a little quicker and that does help. I just wish there was a way to keep it in one mode all the time. Thanks though :good:
is there anyway to use burst shot mode with the color mode set to vivid ?
belive my s6 would let me however it will only do bursts when set to standard mode in auto or pro mode.
