Hi guys,
I wonder if someone could point me in the right direction?
I have an i9505 on stock firmware v 4.2.2. I haven't tried to root as yet. I haven't had a droid for a few years now and I've never had a Samsung so I'm quite confused as how best to go about it.
I'm looking to run custom roms, Cyanogen etc so I'm guessing I'll need full root and a custom recovery? I was looking at CF-Auto-Root by Chainfire but it looks to be for use with stock/Samsung ROM's?
Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Hi, I'm probably a noob for asking this, but could anyone tell me how to flash a stock kernel on the galaxy note 3? I've encountered a problem and I'm pretty sure the stock kernel would help fix it.

Hello,
I have the SCH-i545 and I would like to root and install cyanogenmod. But I have the Verizon update to 4.3 which locked the bootloader. How would I install cyanogenmod on my Galaxy S4? I love my S4 and plan on getting the Note 4 when it comes out because it will be awesome but I really don't like touchwiz. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hey I need some help with my Samsung Galaxy S4 from Cricket (sch r970c). I would like to root my phone but don't know if I have to unlock the bootloader first. If I have to unlock it first, how tf would I do that? Is Knox a problem (I don't know if I have it and I don't know how to check)? Once that is done what is the safest way to root my s4? Any help would be appreciated. My s4 is running 4.4.2 btw in case the helps with the Knox thing.
Oh and where do I go on XDA for this model?

No unlocked bootloader needed for this guide? I'm worried because the CF Auto Root website has the info in the images attatched. How do I found out if I have the Knox thing? And, still the same question, how to I unlock the bootloader?

Unable to root my Note 3 SM-N900
Pls gurus, can anyone pls help me with the process on how I can root my Note 3 SM-N900 without using a PC. I need to get my phone rooted but I don't have a PC to do that. I've tried framaroot & towelroot, all to no avail because they don't support Android 4.4.2 which my note 3 N900 is currently running on. I'm frustrated. Anyone who'll help will gladly be appreciated.
Thanks!
Try towel root
