Possible to get Magazine UX on the Note 10.1? - Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) General

Hey guys,
I really like the changes that Samsung has done to their pro lineup, with the layout and all. I was wondering if it would be possible to do this on the note 10.1? I'm thinking about picking one up soon and this would certainly make it a plus for me.
Also, is it possible with root to change the menu soft key to function as the multitasking function?
Thanks

S pen eraser

Hello
Does anyone know how to associate the button to make it as an eraser for sketch?
Rather than have the pop up menu.
Been looking for the same or similar functio my self....
Yeah. When I had the note 2, it was useful. The note 3 is better overall but would be nice to have that feature
I have an old wacom pen from an old windows tablet that has the eraser function and it works with the Note 10.1 I know that doesnt answer your question but may give you another solution to look into. I too have been trying to figure out how to remap the button but I want it to work as a right click button from RDP

[Q] Note N9005 Lollipop and Action Memo/SNote

Hello,
I have a problem, a recent update has changed the way action memo works, whenever I want to open it, it opens straight into S-Note. Now that wouldn't be much of a problem, but all the meme that I had in action memo did not copy into S-Note, so I don't have access to them. Any way I can change that?
THX
can you share both apks?
thk in advance
lol
Lost my hope already.

[Q] Is it possible to remap the default homebutton behaviour?

Hi,
I was hoping that by updating my Galaxy S4 to Lilipop, it would get the same hardware-button behaviour that the galaxy S5 has, especially when starting the taskmanager: on the S5, you only need to click the menu button once to get it, but on the S4, you always need to long-click the home-button, which is sooooo anoying Is there any way to change this, for example using another launcher? I'd prefer doing it without root.
Shouldn't this be a Touchwiz-setting?

You can use another launcher to do it. Problem is that it will only work when you are on the home screen.

I have only seen one rom that has the "One tap menu to recents" feature. The rom is Danvdh's GPE rom. It has the option you're looking for.
Other roms only have the option to bind short-press and long-press to the menu button.
Another option is to use On-Screen buttons. But this will reduce the display area of your screen.

Double tap to wake (dt2w) or gesture wake ?

Hi guys, im interested in the t580 (tab a 10.1 inches), but I cannot stand pressing buttons to wake it up. Im aware of 3rd party pseudo solutions, but i prefer it to be rom/kernel based, so is there any support for that kind of function in hardware/smasung rom/xda rom ?
Thank you

I use a smart cover for this.
When I flip the cover it automatically turns on my tab
Thanks Richy, but does it actually mean the answer to my question is "no" ?
I am also very interested to know if this is possible
Any news to this?

screen of memo

is it possible to hack this feature so as to perpetually open a note of your choice. like a sticky
?
is this possible on newer notes?
thanks
*Screen Off Memo
I would like to know this as well.
The default iteration opens a new note every time you pull out the stylus with the screen off. This seems to limit the usage. Most situations I want to add to the same note at different times within the next few hours. Opening up to a default specified note would make the feature more convenient.
I dont know if you can install samsung notes on stock rom. But if you using n7 port rom, you already have this feature
