Hey im looking through the forums and noticing that there isnt any part for this model . does anyone know of how to root it on 4.3?
I guess Chainfire hasn´t made a Autoroot for the I9507 yet.

Hi this is the method for i9505, but i guess this will also work for your i9507 too!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Canadian model # SGH-l337M
Baseband version ending in MG1.
Im wondering wether this is FULLY rootable? I am a complete noob to android as i just picked the phone up yesterday. Coming from and iphone 4s, and 5. Anyways i updated the phone accidently, and now its on this version. I read somewhere that some versions are rootable, and unrootable? Anyways I can still return the phone as i havent even stuck the sim card in the phone yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also wondering if there is a good daily site/blog you guys could recommend? I used to visit www iclarified dot com.

Incorrect.
That guide is for every build except MF3. Step 2 (after reading step first, of course) contains the link to rooting your I337M.
This will work, as I've rooted MG1 with these steps in the past:

I cant seem to find anywhere if this version is possible to root. Could someone please point me in the right direction.
I have previously had a rooted HTC sensation running cm10

I havent, but I will the only thing I recall seeing for that was for the NB8 Version. So needless to say didnt go looking any further.

now my phone not rooted
but some time ago I rooted my S4 NB8 with towelroot
in Italian Forum is published that is NB9 rooted successfully with towelroot
but each carries its own liability does what with their own phone

Hey there,
When I first got this phone, there were problems with the phone being locked in such a way that it couldn't be flashed with a new recovery/ROM.
I have looked through the various subs, but it's not obvious to me, so I wanted to ask. Is it possible to flash S4's now with custom recoveries and ROMs?

Its easy.
There are lots of options to choose from.
any chance you could point me in the right direction? Last time I tried (admittedly, some time ago), there were zero options because everything was locked down by samsung.

I was researching this phone a bit more. Looks like the SM-S975L has the same CPU as the i9505. Does anybody know if CWM or twrp and any roms from i9505 would work?

Is there anyone working on this phone I hope so b from what I read it is the same as i377 hardware but different firmware but not sure if it is true. Found that info on other forums I have looked at. I am hoping there will be cwm or twrp and maybe one rom.

Strange, as I have used it many times before without a problem on lolipop and kitkat! Too bad it was of no help to you.

no, 900w8 but from my knowledge of these phones, they are basically the same. The file I gave you was made by @filichi and was for the 900w8 and the 900t. I still need to use it on some rom's but not as much as i did months ago.
Aight cool well maybe I was using the old kit kat file.. Lemme download a tw ROM and give it a go! Thanks for the speedy reply @scotteb
