Making custom ROM - Can it be done without UNIX?

Hello fellow XDA users...
I was wondering if there's any way to make a custom ROM without the use of a UNIX machine. If not, would anyone out there be willing to cook me up a ROM? Thanks in advance!

Hmm. RomKitchen without Linux? I think you can also do it under windows using cygwin....
But imho it´s also like a small Linux....

[Q] Android on LG GW550 ?

Hi,
I have a LG GW550 with Windows Mobile 6.5.
I was wondering if its possible to install an Android ROM?
Ive searched and Ive only found this possible for HTCs.
I would like to see if someone knows how to install Android on this LG.
Ill be looking forward to a reply.

How do you make a rom and port apps from other tablets?

i'm wondering does it work on windows XP ? can i install apps from the samsung galaxy tab 2 ? what programs do i need ? i searched google and i don't know if that's universal or just for the devices that posted the threads... haha please help if you can !

Any Windows 10 Mobile/W Phone 8.1 ROM?

Hey guys,
I wanna ask you something: There is any Windows 10 Mobile or Windows Phone 8.1 ROM for OUR Phone (especially GT-I9301I)?
I heard something but the ROM I saw is for S3.

I don't think it's possible to run Windows platform, but look of wp is maybe possible I am not sure, maybe I am wrong it would be great to switch platforms like that, and sadly i didn't see anything like that for our device

Bro, first thing windows is based on windows phone compatible but android phone are based on linux based so i request you dont try to install windows in android!
