The front bottom of the phone (right below the verizon logo) is starting to creak a fair bit when I hold it. This happen to anyone else?

Not sure if I have a bad unit. On the bottom of the screen along the bezel, from the middle to the bottom right where the hinge is, if I press like I am tapping the screen, the screen flexes downwards. It actually feels weird when using an on screen keeboard and pressing the bottom row of letters/numbers.
Anyone else have this
Most if not all Dreams are affected by this. It's a flaw of the way the screen hinge is designed. Do a search of the forum for more details.
My streak has started making a very noticible "click" noise when i press on the case, bottom left near the microphone hole, Just to the left of the home button. Now i havent taken my phone apart, but it sounds like however the piece just under the screen is attached, its somehow coming apart ever so slightly...visually it looks perfect still....doesent appear that the plastic piece is gonna come off anytime soon....its just an annoying click that makes it feel crappy. Anyone else experience this?
Maybe the hamsters wheel is coming loose and knocking on the casing, you did know it was hamster powered??
Sorry I can't be more helpful, no clicks or wobbles on my case so far and fingers crossed.
Can any others confirm if this occurs on your device. With the keyboard out if I press the bottom right corner to the keyboard portion I hear a distinct sound like its loose or something..
Mine creaks when I push that area, I'm not to worried about it any slider phone I've had has done something like that when the keyboard is out.
Yes that's exactly the sound I was referring too. Creaks... Any others confirm? As long as others are experiencing this I won't worry too much...
like rsacipher said, just about every slider I've seen creaks a little bit. if that's all it is i wouldn't worry about it. however if the sliding screen feels loose or if there's a gap between it and the main body then i'd definitely have it replaced.
Hello everyone
I have been using my nexus for a while and started to realise that when i press the screen against its back case near the earplug (middle top), I hear some cracking sound. Does anyone having that as well?
Thank you.
Occasionally you'll find one with creaking edges. Sometimes where you said, sometimes left corner, sometimes side, etc. etc. There are units which don't creak at all, but may not be worth it to try to get one if everything else is working ok.
Press or squeeze your phone so that you're applying pressure to the screen. Doesn't have to be a super hard press. Just press and let go. I hear a clicking noise when I let go of the screen. Almost seems like something is sticking when I press down and then let go. Anyone else have this issue? I'm on my second z3. I like the phone but its starting to bother me how there are quality control issues. My first z3 had light leakage all along the left side. The one I currently have has two tiny pinprick spots of light leakage which is fine but now I have this possible problem. I know the phone is waterproof already as I dunked it right when I got it. Just wondering if this will cause future problems.
No clicking noise here.
Just realized this only happens when pressing towards the bottom of the screen and not the top. The only reason I checked was because someone else on reddit has the same issue.

omg! i have the same issue. press the screen between the volume key and shutter key. you can hear a squeaky noise:crying:
I have it too. But doesn't affect the phone performance so I'm ignoring it.
I have it near the bottom speakers. After pressing a while, it stops, so I am assuming it's something sticky down there holding the screen.
Mine doesn't appear to have this issue so far.
No noise here, although I have clicking noises when softly pressing the power button :crying: it also moves slightly to the left and right :crying: :crying: :crying: anyone with the same issues?
Y'all have to look up the definition of "issue".
