Hello! I am on pure Kitkat 4.4.2 with franco.kernel and have installed some mods via Xposed Installer. Problem is that my Youtube app doesnt work. Everytime I try to start Youtube app, it gives me an error "Unfortunately, Youtube has stopped". This is exactly the same problem I am facing in my Nexus 5 with the same ver of Kitkat and Franco Kernel and mods. I have tried uninstalling Youtube via Titanium Backup and reinstalling a fresh copy from Play but the problem is still there.
Now is this a problem with the Kernel or have I messed up something else. Please help.

I read on the Franco N5 forum the issue you are describing can occur is you use the Xposed YouTube add blocker module. It has something to do with a YouTube update and the module being incompatible. If you use that module turn it off reboot and try YouTube again.

I searched but couldn't find anyone else with YouTube problems. I installed cm7 with daligrens nightly kernel, and installed the YouTube app. App opens fine but the videos wont play. The error message displayed is "there was a problem while playing. Touch to retry"
I tried reinstalling the app, but didn't work. Any ideas? ??

I'm having the same issues. I've tried uninstall/reinstall, reflashing CM7, even trying to open youtube in different browsers. Everything keeps coming back to "cannot play video. touch to retry."
Anyone with an idea on how to fix this would be great.

Also stock here with xposed. Darn. Thought it was youtube adaway xposed module. Disabled and still happens. Any ideas? Have lots of frozen and uninstalled apps. Not sure which could cause this to happen.
Uninstalled youtube updates. Back to using version 5.7.41 All good so far.
I have aicp kk flashed and the newest play store update always crashes when I open it. I uninstalled the update but it keep reinstalling
I am not sure why it crashes but if the update keeps installing, try to disable wifi, open playstore and disable auto updating

You're on the wrong version too. Please download xposed-v74-sdk22-arm64.zip and flash that after uninstalling your current version.
ive trouble with xposed as well, with temaseks rom. i had v1 installed and xposed framework and apk and modules. IT was fine.
Flashed v2 and rebooted. xposed framework was lost. so i reflashed framework and rebooted. phone was fine. activated modules, restarted phone and stuck on splash screen.
Not sure if direct software bug is with the rom or xposed but it happened when installing/activating xposed.

Definitely report that in the Temasek thread if you haven't already, this is a problem with the ROM.
I'm stuck in Amplify on "checking of closed is installed". It looks like the v74 x64 framework installed correctly and I have Amplify module selected. Rebooted a bunch of times. Any ideas?
Followed the steps above an working
The network speed module doesn't work so tried a random one CPU temp an it did
