Hi..This is my first thread ever..so sorry If I post anything wrong..I have s5 900f which update to official lollipop manually. Then I rooted it using Cf auto root...I also have Twrp recovery installed..Now when I delete any app for example FLEKSY keyboard the app disappears but it's folder is still there in device storage..Also after hard reset the apps are gone but all their files are still in the device storage..how to get rid of this..and is there anyway to get OTA updates while still rooted..any help would be really appreciated..
Hi,
I know, somewhere here i suppose to find my answers... sorry for repeating.
During updating new firmware using LG Suite software, my phone stacked on Download mode.
I cannot do Hard reset at all.
How to get access to phone memory to release more space in the memory ? To erase private files.
I don't want to loose my warranty so I won't do flashing my phone.
I am still trying do Restore upgrade errors but after 20-30-% the phone is stacking again.
Any ideas please ?
Thank you,

Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to recover some text messages on my S5? I tried to root the phone a bunch of times unsuccessfully before finding out that Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 can't be rooted. I tried a couple of recovery software options (i.e. Mobikin Dr) but none of them work effectively as the phone hasn't been rooted. I know that I can bump down to Lollipop and then root and try to recover them but I am worried that would further eradicate chances of getting the texts recovered as I'd have to wipe the phone to reinstall Lollipop.
Can anyone in the know please advise what my best options are?
Thank you
they are stored in the /data partition. you will need a special no-wipe odin package to downgrade to lollipop, and root then take off the files. The problem: I think that MIGHT put you in a bootloop without factory resetting - which would wipe your SMS messages.
Maybe this app could be of some importance?

That's an app for making and restoring messages. What he needs is a recovery app or program. I've used Disk Digger and it has done great....even after I've "wiped" my system, it dug deep and got what I needed....
