Disable "Media volume automatically turned down" - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there a way to disable the LG G2 from automatically turning the volume down when headphones are plugged in?
To recreate: play some music into headphones and turn up media volume to 100%, unplug headphones and plug them back in then you get a message stating "Media volume automatically turned down to protect your ears."
Currently I use the LG G2 in my car where its better to max the media volume going into the head unit jack. So I turn it up to 100% volume on the G2. Sounds great, but when I leave the vehicle and come back and jack in again the G2 drops the volume back down by default. Can't find where to disable this.
Was hoping it was in stock ROM settings but can't find it. Didn't see it in Xposed Framework G2 Xposed either.
Anyone know how to do this?

[Q] volume limiter and annoying popup in 4.2

Is there any way to turn this off? Every time I plug in headphones in 4.2 in Google Play Music it cuts the volume to under half, then if I try to go over half it pops up a warning that I am going to damage my hearing and I am a moron. So I click this stupid thing and then I can finally turn the volume up to max.
I AM PLUGGING IT INTO A CAR!! This is very annoying but I can't find the option to turn it off. Ideas?
Nope. And when you select okay and turn it up to max, it's then "normal", trololo
im going to need a custom rom just for this, unbelievable this isnt an option
practically blew out my ear drums today. thanks to the n7 i just set the volume higher on the car. today i plugged in my phone at full volume instead of the n7 and nearly destroyed my hearing because the car volume was set so high to make up for the n7. this stupid ****ing idea has actually caused me damage. thanks google, you idiots!

[Q] Stop music volume automatically turning down when headset is plugged in?

When I plug in any 3.5mm headphone or aux cable, the screen displays "Media volume automatically turned down to protect your ears". I really hate this because I mainly listen to music in my car and turn the phone volume all the way up so I can control the volume with the car's radio. I have considered tasker or trigger (NFC) to turn the volume up all the way whenever I plug something in, but I just want the volume to stay the same from when I last unplugged the earphones. Can anyone help me fix this? I am on Sprint and have rooted my phone but haven't installed a ROM (yet).
Thanks
i would like to know as well, all i find in the sound setting was disable the automatic volume from call. Nothing from the aux input.

[Help] LG G2 goes on headset mode automatically

Hello there,
I have lg g2 f320l and running in kitkat rom cloudystock 2.7. Some weird things happen to my g2 lately. I put my g2 in my pocket and when i check it, it is automatically in headset mode. I have to reboot the phone or plugged a headphone jack and removed it to be able to exit in headset mode.
It mostly happen everyday randomly, when i charge my phone and check it, it automatically set in headset mode even though no headset is plugged in. I have clean and check the headphone jack for any foreign objects but still happening randomly. When i play a song while in this headphone mode and maximize the volume of the headset, a warning message appeared and then it exit headset mode then reconnect it again. I can see the plugged and pop thats a headset is being inserted but there is nothing in there.
I haven't experience this when i was on jellybean. I don't know if it is a hardware or software issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Really low notification volume when wired headset plugged in (stock image)

Longtime Android user here, with a Shiny New Verizon S7, stock (Android 6.0.1, model SM-6930V). However, I have an odd issue. I have the volumes for the various events set per my preferences. None are at full volume, and they all play at my preset volumes.
However, if I plug in a wired headset (connect it to the aux input jack in my car), notifications are really quiet as if at the lowest setting, regardless of the volume level I actually had set. If I'm playing music (say, Pandora) when a notification fires, the music volume is automatically lowered as usual, but the notification sound is low. Music returns to normal once the notification sound has finished playing.
If, while plugged in, I go to the volume settings, the sliders are where I left them. If I move the notification volume slider around, it doesn't change the notification volume (unless I slide it to 'off', where it does turn the volume all the way down).
I've downloaded a few different apps to try to fix this, to no avail.
Odd, and frustrating, behavior.
Has anyone seen this, or have any ideas? It's a company phone, so I can't root it. :-/
Bueller...?
