Hi,
I have a GT-I9505 and I have some questions:
1. What is safer (without anything going wrong when Flashing); Flash via Odin or flash via Recovery (TWRP)?
2. Stock 4.4.2 firmware from Samsung or 4.4.2 Google Edition?
3. Which Google Edition 4.4.2 ROM is the stablest and the 'best'?
Anyone?
About the first question, what are you flashing? Is it a ROM, a kernel, a mod or what? If it's a ROM then definitely Odin (it's the most safe software out there). If it's a kernel, then you can use either, Odin for .tar format and custom recovery for zip packages. If it's a mod then custom recovery mainly, as they use to come in a zip package, which you won't be able to flash via Odin.
No idea about your second and third query however as I don't own a i9505.

I want to flash Samsung 4.4.2 (stock) or Google Edition 4.4.2 (both are ROMs) but I'm not sure which I should choose, because I saw a lot of 4.4.2 Google Edition ROMs here but I want to know which one is the best and stablest.
Mod Edit
"Best" or "Recommend" ROM/kernel threads are not allowed on XDA.
Please test these things for yourself.
This is the only way you will get an unbiased opinion, and then, you can decide for yourself if it meets YOUR needs.
Don't forget to make a nandroid before you start.

Hi guys
I just have a few questions, sorry for being a total noob.
I have the following build JSS15J.N9500XXUBMJ1
I have already rooted by phone with Odin and backe up my stuff.
I want to flash the Bobcat Rom, but unsure which one to use since there is 2 and i am unsure which one to use
[SM-N9005][NOTE3][KitKat 4.4.2][XXUENB4]_BoBCaTROM_EVO_v6.0
[SM-N9005][NOTE3][XXUDMK2]_BoBCaTROM_EVO_v3.0
which is the right one or will either one work, but has different features.
Flash Stock firmware with Odin
==> INSTRUCTIONS TO FLASH 4.2.2 OFFICIAL FIRMWARE <==
4. Flash CWM Recovery kitkat compatible (Thx @Chenglu ==> http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2454079)
will the bootloader be upgraded to 4.4?
is it possible to leave the bootloader update?
if so, can i still install the bobcat rom on the stock bootloader?
5. Boot to recovery, and Install BoBCaTROM with Full Wipe
Is it necessary to full wipe the note 3 when installing the bobcat rom?
Thnaks guys and i hope you guys can answer my silly question

MJ1 means 4.3. Flash v3.0. V4 and above are for 4.4.2 bootloader only.
Clean install is advised to avoid any issue later.

Can i use this one currently on my phone or do i need a later version
Root your device and install a custom recovery... IMPORTANT! flash procedure tested only with latest CWM made by Chenglu.

One last question.
Is Xposed framework and active modules build into the bobcat rom?
Also the same with Wanamaker Xposed?
I also notice that I can flash my own theme in recovery with stock or universal if I am correct.
Does the battery icon have to be done separately.
- Install Xposed framework and active modules (BoBCaTROM Control)
- Choose your Advanced settings by Wanam Xposed

Xposed framework provided but can't remember what modules included. You can however download modules from the framework itself.
You can choose whether to install stock samsung theme or bobcat theme.
Og battery mode included with >70 styles
I'm currently running CM 11 nightlies and have a custom recovery on my i9506, but would love to play around with the stock ROM. The thing is it's a pain to use other programs to "factory restore" the device (erasing the custom recovery, having to work out how to root it again, stripping out a bit of bloat/knox).
Do you guys know if anyone's released a flashable .zip of the stock 4.4.x TouchWiz ROM which is pre-rooted, knox removed and ready to tweak?
I would ask in the i9506 forum but I don't want to clutter it with non-ROM threads.
Thanks guys.
Is there a Samsung S5 G900F stock rom without Samsung apps and gapps ?
Thanks
depending on your flash experience my threat could possibly help you with that http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5/development/mod-urwsoft-barebone-cleaner-t3043479?nocache=1
just make a Nandroid, download a LP rom of your choice and flash my script right after. For more info read my threat carefully first.
Thanks HarryHirsch1971
Hey guys, i searched for a flashable zip of a stock ROM but couldn't find any. Is there any and maybe could stock ROM be flashable through mobile odin? I've never used mobile odin so i don't know. Also, unrelated Q, is there any ROMs that support fingerprint scan? I mean ROMs in Android development section, the stock based roms. And if yes, are there any 5.1.1 based stock roms that do?

Well anyway i can't post outside links cuz i'm new here..For the installation, just download flashify and flash the recovery.img file, aaaaand well reboot and you're done. There's a thread on xda where someone posted the link, its called "[Q] How to install new rom and recovery on huawei y625?" just copy and past on google and you'll find it.Then go straight to the 3rd page of the thread, and you'll find a link on Mega to download it
