Like the title says, does damageless' sprintupdate2.zip have apps2sd enabled? I flashed it and all my apps appear to be installing on the device memory. What am I missing here? I wiped everything before flashing and partitioned my SD card.
I think sprintupdate2.zip was strictly the sprint update + root + busybox - some bloatware.
I wouldn't think he enabled apps2sd on it.

Well, most roms have it built in to the boot up scripts....
You would have to pull that script from one of the roms and put it on yours.
Then you would have to have your SDcard setup with an EXT2/3 partition. This can be done from recovery.

Bust open Damage 2.08.1 and grab his Boot.img and his a2sd script in /system/bin.....then put them in the ROM you are using.

I've got the partitions ready to go. I just don't know how to pull the script. Does anyone have a guide on how to do this?

Okay, I've added those the sprintupdate2.zip that I'm using. I can then flash that over my existing ROM without wiping?

I had no idea i had to do that. I'm researching how to do that now. I don't suppose anyone could do it and throw up here as an attachment?
Post it up.
The first SprintUpdate that Damage released, I put the A2SD add-ons in it. If anyone wants me to do it again, let me know and I'll go do it.
EDIT: That was the SprintUpdate2 that I put the add-ons to. http://www.darktremor.info/files/2.1/sprintstock-21-a2sd-signed.zip

You should be able to partition it in your custom recovery.
OR
Try using Ubuntu live CD and mount your sdcard.
Then partition it using GNOME Partition Editor.
Click me.

System cm10 build 6
Please help form this error
Swap 256
Sdext 1024 ext4
You have to clear up some space in the system. Oh and next time search first this has been asked and answered numerous times in both related threads. The whole solution is described there.
Swyped from my P509 on Tmobile.
With Swype and Flash, why would anyone choose the iPhone?
not working

thanks for replying
it´s a clean installation, full wipe and wipe fo all partition, one by one... and try repair partition, and try creating partition and convert ext2 to ext3 and ext3 to ext4
I will find the solutions already published, but with the installation of other roms no problems, even with CM10 build 5
I use cwm 5.0.27 n it works.256 ext4 and 64 swap.

What?
Delete one unused app from the /system partition. You should be able to do so within Link2SD. Just filter the system apps and remove one (make sure that something doesn't rely on it!) If you don't use app E-Mail (not Gmail) you can remove it, only the E-mail and not the provider. That should work, I have done it this way too.

Hmm, Link2SD works but it won't work?
You need to delete some files in /system/ in order to create the mount script. Our system parition is too tall. So delete some files you don't need from system.
Example:
If you don't like E-Mail, delete Email.apk from /system/app/
And so on!
Recovery: That's normal! It isn't a problem, it's on every LG-P500!
