Hello everyone, it seems like some goodies from the Sony Xperia Z2 dump works nicely out of the box!
I've made a handy flashable zip for everyone's convenience. YOU NEED TO BE ON ANDROID 4.4 OR LATER IN ORDER FOR THIS MOD TO WORK! ANDROID VERSIONS BELOW 4.4 WILL NOT WORK!

What's in the zip:
Weather Widget
Clock Widget
On/Off Tools (Mobile Data doesn't work)
Top Contacts Widget
World Clock Widget
Photo Widget
Music Widget (Only if you have walkman ported on your phone or Xperia phones with Walkman)
Xperia Home Launcher
Xperia Keyboard (With working smilies, no FCs or any bugs) (Smilies will look different depending on the ROM you are on, e.g AOSP ROM will have the default google hangouts emoji whereas HTC Sense ROMs will have a different style of emojis like the ones in my screenshots)
Xperia Wallpapers
Experience Flow 2 Live Wallpaper

Bugs:
There is a "Ghost" nav bar in home screen, like a blank empty space at the bottom where the nav bar should be. This will only appear if you have a phone with no on-screen nav bars (e.g HTC phones) (Look at screenshots below)

First of all many thanks for porting those Z2 goodies for us!! :good:
Maybe you can ask ashishdubey about how to remove the navbar space from the launcher?
He did an port for the Z1 launcher, he made 2 versions of it; 1 with the navbar and 1 without it.
See his thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2598768

Can't you select the default launcher when you press the home button? On non-AOSP ROMs, your usually given a choice to choose between launchers if you have more than one. Check if Home.apk is in /system/app, you may try moving it to /system/priv-app and see if that helps

That's pretty much impossible. That's like trying to port the HTC Sense camera to AOSP ROMs. It can't be done due to framework limitations.

OK if anyone is interested I created this theme for LeeDROID but should work on any SENSE rom.
Using latest jar and framework
2 zips to choose, normal battery and battery % mod
-Transparrent Notification
-Transparrent Pull Down (image shows my name at bottom - one in theme is a blank bar tho)
-Full set of Transparent White Icons for the notification bar - including Signal/Clock/Headphones/USB etc...
-White Circle battery (6 parts) or white battery % mod
Im using Launcher Pro with custom icons and the Moded Cyanogen Live Wallpaper
Just Flash from RECOVERY (do a Nandroid first to be safe)
Note.
That I have deleted the Sense Lockscreen in my rom (This is not included so will remain as whatever you have now. If you want to remove the SENSE Lockscreen let me know and i will create a ZIP for it)

Morning
The first zip is the one shown in my images first post (has 6 segment battery)
The second zip is exactly the same but uses the MOD battery (100% number count down) White circle battery
This looks really nice man, I would appreciate a zip with your lockscreen, that vanilla one is just simply better looking. Any chance of this?
But, at the moment, I'm running supervillain rom, no sense, will it work?

Any idea why the bar is solid black when sitting on home but turns translucent when using any app? I'd like it to be translucent all the time.I'm using rooted stock rom.
It's solid black because I'm using a black background on my homescreen, it is transparent, if I had a white background, the status bar would be lighter coloured

Yes, I got the APK of the Home Launcher of the XPERIA GX. It was made for Sony devices running ICS, I tried to make it work on my SGS3 but I couldn't. The Sony launcher is a master piece of work. It's so beautifull and usefull.
I will donate with paypal to the one that ports XPERIA GX Launcher WORKING with widgets to the S3. I want to stay on Stock ROM and just replace this ****ty touchwiz launcher.

This is the closest to an Xperia Launcher on the SIII.

Album works fine here with lib(libalbumframework.so) included. Have been using Home,HomeAdd & WidgetPicker since day 1 instead of TW, only issue is resizing widgets. SemcNotes working perfect paired with Evernote for gmail backup etc. Walkman, no issue at all (with all the its xtra dependecies).
