SD Card on SGN10.1

Hello,
I have several questions
(1)
I have Galaxy Note 10.1. I noticed that there's a partition called "sd card" I think this is not the external sdcrd but rather an internal memory partition. Can somebody verify ?
(2)
Also, I am looking to buy Sandisk 64Gb micro sdcard to be use on my GN10.1 (SanDisk Ultra 64 GB MicroSDXC Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card with Adapter (SDSDQU-064G-AFFP-A) ) , does this work on this tablet ?
(3)
and is there a way to use this 64Gb drive to mount as "sd card" partition ?

1. The sd card partition is the internal memory, so if you have a 16 GB note, then you will have a 16 GB "sd card" partition.
2. Works perfectly in mine
3. When you insert it, it gets mounted into "ext sd card" I don't know if it's possible to change that or even why you would want to
Steve
Ah another thing I love about this tablet is that all the internal memory full 16gb can be used for apps etc, unlike my previous note phone.
The reason I want to mount external micro sdcard as internal memory sdcard is to save space, I have lots of apps, games on my tab.

If you took the time to read the forums or search, you would see that the mod you request already exists...........

It should be noted that you can store stuff on the external sd card but running apps from the external sd card in a non-rooted state is another matter. AFAIK it can't be done.
Thanks for all your replies. So is it better if I root my devices? haven't done any rooting on any of my android devices, so im kinda hesitant. Can you tell me how to root my devices in safest way?
Method 2 from the rooting guide. Don't forget to run triangleaway after to reset your flash counter... All instructions are in the flash guide in developement forum...

Apps to SD Card

Can Apps Installed on Redme Note 2 Prime Phone Transferred to SD Card to Save Internal Phone Memory .
Also does the Phone Support UHS (Ultra High Speed) SD Cards.
Android doesn't allow bootable data (apps) in external storage until 6.0 Marshmallow. We will have to wait until Xiaomi decides to upgrade MIUI to M (which I heard may be in 2016 Q1, correct me if I'm worng). Just get the 32GB version and you'll be fine.
Install Xposed Framework and use Xposed module "Obb on SD"
With the obb data on sdcard, the 16GB storage should be enough for a large amount of apps simultaneously installed.
Use "Folder mount" application to save up more space if there are specific large folders in the internal memory made by apps.
No and yes to your first and second question respectively.
Although I wouldn't use an SD card for apps in the first place, mainly because they're much slower than internal storage, even UHS ones.
With xposed use xinternalsd.
Would work in CM?
Maybe you can try foldermount that had been mention by @hasaan6545. It works for me too..

Micro SD card format?

Hey guys, as you know, we are all waiting for the S7/edge and some of us have already ordered SD cards. Mine arrives Monday and in anticipation, I want to fill it up with all my music and photos etc... What format do androids read SD cards best?
FAT32
or
NTFS
or
FAT?
THANKS
EXFAT if you have any card about 64GB they'll be formatted that way. Just pop it in and your golden. If you really wanted to you could just pop it in and if the phone tells you to format it then let it.

I am running MM on my S5 and on first boot MM insisted I format the card before it would use it. Samsung have made changes to the way it uses the card but I think we will still be required to format
the card in the phone to use it. Tidbits is right it is Exfat used
what about allocation unit size?
What's the best micro SD card for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge?

Running out of space

When I had the Note 7 with a 256GB MicroSD card inserted, Everything that I downloaded went to that 256GB MicroSD card.
Now wih my S7e, using the same 256GB MicroSD card, I have run out of room on the phones internal storage. I have used 31 of the 32 GB that the phone had.
Question 1, How do I get the files on the internal card moved to the MicroSD card,
and
Question 2, how to I get future downloads and apps to automatically go to the SD card? I prolly missed some setting(s)..... Thanks!
BTW I have over 200GB of free space on the MicroSD card.

Before you make it part of your system partition back up files on your computer cause you'll lose everything on that sd card

Thanks for your reply but How do I go about making the SD card part of the system partition. I do not have root.
No root is required, just go to settings storage and click on sd card . Click this link http://www.xda-developers.com/enable-adoptable-storage-for-galaxy-s7-and-s7-edge/

Personally I would root making it part of the system partition is not wise as if something happens to your phone storage your SD will go with it root and use xposed to get Xinternal SD it allows full access to your SD card which everything saves to unless you don't want it to
