I tried to install CWM in my rooted G2 F320S by following this thread. It seemed successful because after a reboot it entered the CWM recovery mode.
Then, I used the "backup" function inside. After the process, it automatically rebooted.
But then problem appeared. It stuck on the LG logo screen.
And I tried to enter download mode but it stuck on the loading screen (a small frame with 2 figures, a word"download mode" and some blue dots) instead of entering into the recovery mode screen (a word "firmware update" at the top and a circulation of 2 arrows in the center).
The problem is it doesn't not automatically enter the fastboot mode so I even cannot tried the method from the thread to repair the recovery mode.
What could I do now? How to get the phone into recovery mode or fastboot mode? Thanks!

Recently used autorec to install TWRP on my rooted G2 and it booted me into fastboot mode.
i was stuck there and download mode was not working either. It just kept boothing me back to fastboot mode.
So what i did was i flashed a laf.img file via fastboot and download mode came back but not fully. It was not showing the USB symbol, only the words download mode with some blue dots.
I found another thread that said to flash some .img files to the phone via fastboot and i did so.
Now the phone is just stuck on the LG symbol and the computer doesnt recognize it. I've tried everything on these forums and I'm at my wits end. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi
I was trying to restore my LG G2 D801 T-mobile to stock firmware but the phone would not enter into download mode. It would say something like boot certification error and then to a black screen. I followed this guy's tutorial on properly entering download mode but it then cause the LG logo loop http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/unbrick-lg-g2-qhsusbbulkqualcomm-9006-t2939627
When it is stuck on the LG logo it shows up in my device manager as 'LGE Mobile USB serial port', however when I go into download mode, it's stuck on
Fastboot mode started
udc_start()
-- reset --
-- portchange --
-- reset --
-- portchange --
and my computer recognizes the phone in device manager as 'Android'.
How can I fix this? Is it possible to even be fixed?
Thank you and apologies if this question has already been answered before.
Am I screwed here? I can't get into recovery mode or download mode. When I try to get into recovery mode, it says 'would you like to factory reset your phone'. I go about the process, it shows the android logo then back to the LG logo forever.
Phone was soft bricked, was not moving beyond fast boot.
Phone used to get stuck at LG logo, and led would blink and change colors
Phone would go to fastboot mode if i tried recovery mode
and in fastboot mode the driver was not being recognised by my pc hence downloaded pda net, driver issue was resolved
used minimal adb and fastboot and had d802 firmware downloaded >> flashed boot, aboot and recovery img files. last step was fastboot reboot
PHONE TURNS OFF
AND THEN TURNS ON TO WEIRD COLOR BARS. NO LG LOGO. No Fastboot. No Recovery mode, Nothing. volume + power, normal power button etc all bring the screen to colour bars
Anyone knows how to resolve this?
I am getting a System UI has stopped working error, so after looking around I founded out that I have to do a factory reset. But whenever I try to enter Recovery Mode, I see the blue text that usually signals entering Recovery Mode but then it disappears and it redirects me to the Downloading Screen where it says "Could not do normal boot, ODIN Mode." My phone is Samsung Galaxy s5
Hi,
I changed the settings in Developer options to long press "shut down" to access recovery restart, then I restarted it, and now I'm stuck in recovery mode when I start the phone and it won't enter recovery or start and Odin doesn't recognize my phone.
Is there a way to fix?
