i have a yoga 2 pro 13"
recently i buogt a micro HDMI to VGA connector so i could connect my external display wich is samsung S22B150 (21")
anyway i connect the yoga to the display
and everything worked with the maximoum reselution display 1920 X 1080
the only very annoying thing is that i need to restart the windows for it to show the icons and the taskbar in normal good mode!!
so when i want to use my lenovo screen and discconect the yoga from the external screen the display on the yoga shows everything minore!!! the icones is extremly small as is the taskbar wich bring me again to make a restart so i could use it normaly
i did tried to change setting with the Intel display but it doesnt seems to take any effect just when i make a restart :smileysad:
that is terribale! why can't i use it normaly? connect and discconect external screen as i want without having to restart all the time??
another strange thing - sometimes when i connect it to the external screen the Bluetooth disapear and stop working and i have to reinstall the drivers of the bloetooth all over again
please help me !!

My Universal (MDA Pro) is broken. The Display is totaly broken, looks like modern art ^^.
But it seems that the other side is still working. Data Connection to PC works fine, i cant check if the keyboard is still working cause the Display is broken. Phone is working fine, but the Speaker at the Display is damaged.
Anybody here that needs a "half working" universal?

Hi, I just bought the Samsung HDTV Adapter. The main reason I bought it is that I could see what the camera is watching while taking the photo or video. However, whenever I activate any camera app, there is a message on my Note's screen that "HDMI not available while application is running..."
Anybody knows the reason and how to fix it? Also, for unknown reason, approximately top 5% and bottom 5% of my Note's screen are not being displayed on my HDTV.For example, on the home screen, the top half of the time is not displayed.
For the second part - the Note's screen resolution is 1280x800 (16:10) which is a bit more than the usual 1280x720 mode (16:9) in HDTV. Your TV may have automatic adaptation of the picture turned on and is trying to fit the picture by cutting here and there.
I've yet to try using camera with the mhl adapter. Maybe later today.
...
OK, I've tried - same result as yours.

Hello all,
I recently bought Note 3. I play a lot of games on the smartphone
Some of them(not all but most), have random white (sometimes colored) dots appearing on the screen.
It happens in the menus and in game.
The dots are about pixel sized and it's kind of annoying.
The issue does not occur when connected to external monitor via MHL adapter.
Considering the above - I really don't think it's a game or OS problem. What are the chances - display, display cable, memory or GPU? And should I return it?
Thank you in advance!

Anyone?
Hi all. I've looked for an answer to this issue, but to no avail.
I usually dock my s4 to samsung' s smart dock at home and I use it connected to a tv with mouse and keyboard attached for basic needs. Till lollipop upgrade everything worked flawlessy, now there are some issues:
Original TW: upon connection (power, hdmi etc), the screen goes off and appears on the tv, oriented and scaled to fill the display. this is fairly good, since I don't need anymore a rotation control app, the problem is that if the screen goes off, the only way to interact with the phone is via keyboard and mouse, which is annoying. does anyone know a way to control this behaviour?
GPE: the screen stays on upon connection, but sound is not sent through hdmi, only through the smart dock 3.5mm connectior
thanks, any hint appreciated
