It's really stupid to place the button there!

Any key press wake up - WM6.5?

Hi Guys,
Simple question:
Does anyone know the registry key or a setting change to enable pressing ANY key to wake up the device, rather than JUST the power button in WM6.5?
I am sure this has been asked before, but the search could not yield useable results, since the words, "any" "key" "wake" "up" are so common and are hitting anything and everything.
Thanks for your help in advance!
I would like to know the opposite, wake up my HD2 only with power button.
OK nice... so any help guys ?
settings/system/key lock
Thanks man! Works great !

Hi all,

Use widgetlocker and you can switch on with any button.

thanks a lot for your suggestion. I installed widgetlocker, but in no way I can wake up the display.
I can wak up the display by pressing the volume button or the on/off and the camera button, but in no way with the home button.
Do you can?

Button layout

Hey guys,
I don't have a Note, thus I ask it to you all
Are there buttons beside the Home, Power and Volume keys?
Yes the capacitive ones like on SGS2, to the left there is the menu button and to the right there is the back button.
Search button is missing (long press on menu button instead).

No You have power on the right side, Vol on the leftside down in the middle the home button and 2 softkeys for "back" and "Options" ... nothing more.
I love my Cam Button at the Streak, cause for selfshooting with the main Cam this is nearly required..

Problem With Screen

i want to know is it possible to register windows phone to turn screen on with volume button or home or start button?
without end button.
any bottun but not this!

You can change your power key to for example answer button in some ROMs.
or you can set camera on green button... long press wake and start camera bypassing lock screen... for that use Leo Shortcuts or LEO Advanced tool

If the power key fails

Hi guys.
Is there any possibility of a distortion of the power button?
Can we keep the power button using the double-tap function?
thank you to everyone who answered my question

What is the double tap function?
I wish I could lock the phone by fingerprint, I would never press the power button then.
