i have an 2 X's in possesion right now, i was doing an sbf one of them and the battery went dead during the process. i charged it up and tried again, RSD says it completed but the phone is stuck in a bootloader loop. i also tried going into recovery, but that will take me to bootloader also. Is there anything i can do from this point?
thanks
edit: it's fixed, i was working from the system only sbf, installed the full one and all is fine
Currently having an issue with my Droid R2D2 (rooted), I was installing a new battery mod for my phone, restarted the status bar and all worked out fine. I went to do a reboot to make sure it all worked out and BOOM, phone became stuck at Moto Logo for the past 20 mins when I tried to restart it.
I can't seem to get Bootloader to load up even with the phone plugged into the computer itself, but it will go into recovery mode after holding the X button on keyboard, but search key wont bring up any luck either.
I can't seem to find my back-ups either before I installed the battery logo, ROM Manager would back-up my stock R2D2 ROM but it wouldn't appear on the list of possible recoveries before the phone went into deep sleep.
Only thing that I've found to fix this is to just SBF_Flash back to stock and start over.
My Moto X Play XT1562 is getting random freezes / crashes. I can boot the phone, but it randomly gets a black screen after a few minutes. It doesn't turn off, the screen just turns black. When rebooting (holding the power button), it boots straight to fastboot (I can still use the Start option to boot the phone). This doesn't happen while in fastboot or recovery. I also tried a factory reset but problem persisted.
Phone is Stock Rom, bootloader locked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Looks like now it is fully turning off. Also the Motorola boot icon shows 2 "powered by android" texts. One is where it should be, and the other is above the M logo, inverted vertically and horizontally.
Seems motherboard is starting to experience "dementia"... Have you tried factory reset?

Currently my Moto X play does not turn on and the screen is black, it does not turn on, it does not go into bootloader mode, it only detects the PC, but trying to fastbooot from the computer is not detectable, I tried with a method that is to revive Moto X, but apparently it is for certain models, so it would be missing files for BlanKFlash for the Moto xt1563 ... !! I have searched for many forums I hope to find something to come back to life on my Moto X Play.
Any solution to the above issues? My X play is showing the same errors. It is with the service center, but they havent provided any update yet.
i have the same the problem with my moto x play do you mine if i ask you that how can you solve that..
hi, i purchased a razr m with a problem that it wont boot all the way. gets to the droid eye and then freezes and the screen goes black. my first guess was a reset and yes nothing changed. i need files to flash it stock. can someone help me and send some instructions.
Okay, so heres my issue. Moto Z got wet. It happened during an accident at work and I got a bit side tracked and after a while I noticed the phone was getting really hot so I accidentally restarted it instead of turning it off. Now the phone is stuck in a boot loop. I can get to the boot loader screen. I can restart boot loader via button commands but anything else I try for instance, recovery mode, it goes in to the loop again. My laptop ( windows ) see the phone but not a as a Moto z and I can talk to it with commands on the laptop. I"ve tried flashing with no success. Maybe I'm not doing something right on that part. I'm not trying to unlock the bootloader mainly because I can't considering the model of it. I just want to restore the firmware on the phone. Is it possible? Many thanks in advance.
Yeah I own this cell phone as well. Some trick you could try is to let it drain power wise out. Get a zip-lock page for freezer add a folded paper towel with it and your phone. Leave it in the freezer for 30 hrs. Plug it up to power turn i on. Note if you have changed anything to the firmware to the cell phone this might not work.
Thanks for tip tipstir. I have been trying to restore the firmware for a few days now, researching like hell. I didn't touch the phone for about a week before attempting to restore it. Yesterday I used an all in one tool form a developer here and managed to stop the boot loop. Now all it does is boot to the fast boot screen. It still won't go in to recovery or anything. Flashing fails on RSDlite 3 out of 38 steps. Anything else I can try?
