Maybe clear the cache of Scrapbook in the application manager?

I'd give you a more descriptive answer, I had this issue when I disabled Scrapbook and used Air Command to launch it, it said that exact error.
If I were you, I would check if Scrapbook works when you launch it from the launcher. If you disabled Scrapbook anywhere, enable it back, and try again. If not, click Clear Data in Application Manager.
If this still didn't work, you will need to reflash stock ROM, your Scrapbook app may have corrupted.

solusion!!!!
The only solution is not to uninstall pinboard. Pinboard is asaociated with scrapbook. So without pinboard scrapbook always will "rakeln" error! Most probably you delete or uninstall "pinboard" app.

same problem-scrapbook has stopped
Hi..haw can i fix my scrapbook? Plz show me how.tq

And if you haven't rooted: Rooting with Gingerbreak (required to install):

It deletes your account details, so you have to re-sign back in to Google services/account.
As for contacts they should be backed up on to google contacts and will re-sync back down after you sign back in.
my arc still reboot when I open the prog.
I did it many times

Camera can record, but can't play in gallery.

Hi everyone.
I got a Samsung Galaxy S4 and used Titanium Backup to remove all the bloatware.
I'm completely new to the Android OS and got a little too happy with all the uninstalling, and now am faced with two problems:
1) (More urgent): I am able to record videos perfectly fine with the default Camera app, but when I try and replay whatever I just recorded in the Gallery, it says "Unable to Play Video." Do any of you guys know what system app is needed to be reinstalled resolve this?
2) The default music player will not open at all. I did not freeze it/removed it, so idk why it doesn't open.
I installed Rocket Player as a substitute, but would like to know how to fix the default one.
Again, I would appreciate it if any of you guys know what system app is needed to be reinstalled to resolve this.
If anyone also knows a site that has all the system apps for the Galaxy S4, that would also be lovely.
Thank you very much for your time.

You may have removed a necesary component, and flashing back to stock will be necessary... Try clearing cache and data for the Gallery...

How would I flash back to stock?
Go to titanium backup and unfreeze "video player 1.1". Should work after that.

[Q] Share button problem kitkat

Since I updated to kitkat in some apps the share button only launches the gmail new email composer, not the share chooser, even after I reinstall the app. Does anyone else has this problem?
Same problem with stock kitkat on N4

Well I made a complete reflash of the factory image and now everything works fine. Don't know why it was though
I'm also experiencing this problem all of a sudden.
If anyone else is having this problem, this fixed it for me:

Go to Settings-->Apps-->3 dot menu and hit "reset app preferences". This will clear all sharing defaults.
Apparently, either there's a bug in Kitkat or an app that auto defaults sharing to the app you last shared to. So if you shared something to G+ before the bug kicked in, all subsequent shares go to G+ without "share" menu popping up.

Please help: Chrome stopped working

Hi guys... stupid me... I was playing around with Titaniuum Backup and read about the recommended job to integrate update into the ROM in order to free up space. Good idea, i thought.
So, I pressed it and was toasted successfully. Tried to start chrome again and was told that an error occurred and I have to delete chrome first. Well. I wondered as it is a system app. Never mind. Titanium backup pro solves the problem I thought. Deleted Chrome, restarted and installed it.
If now I want to start Chrome, it closes itself and gives a toast that "Chrome stopped working". I can press report or ok. The most interesting part is, that this toast appears 2 times. So, I guess that the process starts 2 times and produces a conflict.
Any idea?

Hmmm.... try the 'Undo sys integration' option in Titanium Backup n see whether it works. Tell us what happens next.

Try clearing data and defaults of Chrome in "system settings - apps" and then long pressing Chrome and turning it to a system app in TB.

Hello, "undo sys integration" lets me know that there is nothing to undo. So, I can not execute this process.
@yuzgen: Chrome is still a system app and so, I can not make it one ( as it is already)

But you put "Deleted Chrome, restarted and installed it." in your first post. So now it must be a user app?
Try this!

1. Make sure chrome is closed.
2. Go to the app settings and remove all data from chrome.
3. Go into /data/data/ (with a root explorer) and remove any directory with chrome (probably: com.android.chrome),
4. Then remove chrome from your device.
5. Restart the device after that reinstall chrome from the play store.

Google Pay | Some apps maybe drawing over the screen

Hello everyone,
Since the last 2 days I am having this weird issue which is getting to my nerves now cuz I am not able to figure out what it is
Google Pay has been working fine, I am rooted and MagiskHide does the job perfectly. Now, while trying to make a payment, as soon as I try to enter in the amount through the numeric keypad, it says
Please exit any apps that might be drawing over the screen and try again.
I am not able to do anything after this. Please help anyone out there.
Thank you

Mostly, When any app is drawing over the screen you get a notification that some app is drawing over the screen. Or if does not solve, Remove "drawing over screen" permission for all the apps

That is disabled for all apps. Tried disabling, clearing GPay cache, even reinstalling the app. Still does not work.
