Hey.
I´ve just installed the new 4.4 KitKart X-Note ROM on my Galaxy Note 3.
I removed S Voice and S Finder and I´d like to replace it with Google Now.
If it´s possible, can someone tell me how? And I don´t want to use voice command, since it work only in 1 of 1200 tries...
Oh and BTW, its rooted, CWM Recovery is installed and I don´t care about the warranty
You can try with xposed modules and gravity

I use Nova luncher to replace the S finder to Google Now when hold & press on the menu button.

I have a SGS4 GT-I9505 and I have installed pure Google ROM with android 4.3. I have seen that there wasn't all the features of stock ROM. So I need to install whatchON on this ROM.

Just do a cyanogen update as soon as CM11 nightlies are released and you'll be golden

You can backup apps by Titanium Backup or Helium. Backup launcher configuration is more difficult. You can use launcher which supports backups (Nova or Apex) and import data from existing launcher. Nova Beta launcher on KitKat is very nice, supports 4.4 transparency. If you want use the new Google Experience Launcher than propably you can not backup data to this launcher.
After backup flash factory image or custom KitKat rom, SuperSU (for TitaniumBackup).
Hi everybody. When I bought my note 3 it's firmware was already mj7, so with blocked bootloader. I didn't root it yet, but I would like to try some of the beautiful themes developed for our loved note 3. Is there anyone or any possibility to flash them with the stock recovery and without root?

There is no way to flash theme for unrooted phones if am not mistaken, but you always could try vanilla android appearance by installing Nova or Apex luncher which gives you the ability to customize and change the icons and the animations on these launchers.

In running 20b firmware stock rom and, dunno why, I decided to update the touch firmware
And now double tap to wake and sleep are not working anymore

your best bet is to revert to complete stock via flash tool I remember I did the same thing a while back and reverting to stock got me knock on back and also taught me no to update touch firmware if not needed
I just downloaded and installed from ApkMirror the last version of the phone app.
Now it crashes anytime I try to launch it...
I'm not able anymore to uninstall the update or to update with a previous version from ApkMirror.
Can anyone be so kindfull to post the stock version from 9.0.12 or 9.0.13 rom?

The phone app is still there, just need to enable it since it is system app. U can enable and then select it from the default apps.

It does not work. I cannot find it in the disabled app.
It looks like the update is now the system app. I can only stop or disable it, since now I am using a third party dialer as default.
I cannot even uninstall the update.
Can you help me listing the right APK?

Check in app info the 3 dots menu. There you should be able to uninstall updates to a system app. Updates to system apps behave as system otherwise you couldn't ever update them...
