This is a simply guide as to how to get Adobe flash running on Nexus S 4.1.1
Note: As many of you are aware as of Jelly Bean Adobe flash is no longer officially supported
1> Download Adobe Flash Player for Android from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?mjodwbaka3tj8gd
2> Copy the .apk file to the SD card of your Nexus S device
3> Install it using a File Manager of your choice
4> Open Browser
5> Go to the Browser settings and un-check the option for Flash Player
You will now have the latest version of Flash unofficially on your Nexus S
Note: This tutorial should work with any other Android device running Jelly Bean
Kind Regards,

posting guides that you've clearly taken from posts elsewhere on the web or even here on xda, passing them off as your own and brazenly pleading for people to hit your "thanks" button is taking the piss.
You've posted guides on rooting, forcing OTA updates, and now installing flash player.
All of these were available elsewhere first, none of the work is your own, and nowhere have you acknowledged the original source of your guides.
Its called plagiarism....either stop posting, reference the original source, stop pimping for thanks or I'll report you to the mods, ok?

WOW....I try to help people and this is what I get, being accused of "plagiarism" First of all I don't copy others post's and secondly how dare you come onto a thread I created for the better good and to help others and you come on here and attempt to give it a bad name? I worked hard on my posts I try to make them as understanding and as easy to read as possible. My OTA update post I created that because JB had only just come out and not many people knew how to get it, I checked there was NO thread as to how to update it there might be now but when I posted there wasn't. Same with my root guide it contains links to files I put together no-body else did, I did. And as for the post on Adobe Flash yes that might have been more known of but it still is a useful piece of information to know. Whats wrong with asking for thanks if you have done something to help others? It doesn't cost nothing and it is just a simple click, it helps to build ones reputation. Please do know you facts next time. Go search I even dare you and find posts that have the same information I put up but before I posted them. MyPhone.gr an online Greek mobile support forum has used several of my posts. Did they give me credit? No they didn't. Do I care? No I don't as long as it helps others I don't care if others use my posts. Please don't come onto my posts again with no beneficial information and accuse me of this and that. I will have you reported.
Good day to you,
AlanS181824

Thanks for notifying me the guide you post isn't a tutorial whereas the one I posted is and I have no idea how to move a thread

Alan,
I dare Pal.
You post other people's ideas and work and claim it for your own. You should at least reference where you got your information from as its clearly not your own.
The least you're guilty of is being too "unimaginative" to Google and to see that (amazingly coincidentally) there are already almost identical posts already on XDA or other forums (posted before yours) containing your guides.
The worst you're guilty of is claiming the credit for other people's work.
So what's it to be, incompetence or dishonesty?
ps. I welcome the chance to exchange some date-stamped links with the mod. The evidence won't lie > this one posted on 15 July is almost identical to the post you're claiming the credit for yesterday the 25th http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1774336

Thank u.
Maybe he is just new and little bit 2 "thanks" hungry, but he definitely needs 2 focus on using search button...
Greg, I wouldn't mind if he just said "hey guys this isn't my work, I spotted it elsewhere, thanks are due too xxxxx" but he just passes stuff off as his own. Its so blatant and he's very pushy on the "thank me"s. I spotted his other threads before and ignored them, but this one is just too blatant and too much, I had to say something. Very obvious after a bit of googling
does the yahoo video chat include with this Flash to have a video call?

Your ROM seems to have a newer version of GAIA. Maybe you should try the old one, because that IS compatible with the Gecko version used in the ROM.

Hi Santhosh_cbe, I could not extract your zip without errors, how was it zipped?
I checked the md5sum with that on dev host and it is the same.
I wanted to look at the folders to see if it had NativeSD support, since it is not clear whether it has on this thread, and if so, what folder it installs to.
Don't worry, I don't want to steal your work just would like to try it, and to know what I am trying.
Best regards

7zip was giving me the errors, but it extracted ok using winrar:good:
It seems ok for nativeSD, will test it later.
Thanks Santhosh_cbe
It installed NativeSD
It is very slow, there is at least 10 second delay between a screen input (touch/swipe) and a reaction.
But sim works and i just received a text from my carrier.

Still looks down and out from here. I dare say [citation needed]...
Besides unless I miss my guess Team Overcome's works been done.
As Samsung haven't done anything with the Galaxy Tab since Gingerbread 2.3.6, and aren't very likely to either.

I am working fine in Android Gingerbread 2.3 and able to pass the data as xml as a paramater to my web method of web service in ASP.NET and able to get response as a boolean true after inserting the records.
But same criteria I am following in Android Jelly Bean 4.0 and above versions the web method response is returning null no any boolean condition.
I am using SOAP objects an methods for this case by refering the jar file name ksoap2-android-2.5.2.jar. Please provide me the corrected answer if any.
Thank you in advance

why it's wrong thread... yes maybe this solution it's not an android development but is the solution for a problem that i had and don't found information in no place.. and the information was incomplete where i found and i try to fix for two months... sorry if you are a developer and do roms but i don't know do this i only flash roms XD
sorry for my english
I haven't found any problems wirh wifi except for dhcp logging in CM based custom roms. Yet, you should explain what would we be flashing if we did... Whats does this 'file' do and how?
And last but not least (important), this thread is in the wrong section. Must be moved to general (if not closed unless you can explain where this file comes from and what does it do).
Regards.

If you read the pinned thread on the top of this section, it would tell you that threads in this section are for developers that create their own, original work. Fixes usually go in the Moto G Android Development section. Please, I don't think anybody else can stress this enough, PLEASE READ THE RULES. This prevents a lot of threads like this from happening...
Edit: I can't seem to mention any mods :/ Could someone help me do that please?
