hi guys, i have a problem with my note 3, i cant register on network....only emergency calls, if i put another sim card, when is in the lock screen appears very quickly the name of the carrier but after 3 seconds at much again emergency call only, what can i do?
i check with the carrier and they say not bad imei, and i dont have the ticket...
please help me, and regionlock away dowsnt work, and today i go to sat, but i have 0x1 know, and no more warranty...any suggestion?

First off the phone has a japanese rom on it, does anyone here know how to take of the USIM lock, so that an english rom can be flashed onto the phone. Problem is the phone locks up almost as soon as u turn it on. If you turn it on without a sim card then You can unlock it with 000 and it will call 911 but with a sim card the only way it will unlock is if you have an incoming phone call if someone can HELP me please!!! 1

You need to post some more details. Hermes will boot to OS normally without any SIM card at all - even if network locked.
Is it freezing in Windows or freezing at the turn on screen or before that stage?
Are you booting into Windows successfully?
Is this the device lock set to time out after zero seconds?
Have you tried a hard reset to "cure" the problem?
I'm after a little advice . My TouchHD was bought through Carphone Warehouse on an Orange contract. It arrived unbranded with no Orange Logo on the back and the regular HTC ROM. To begin with, worked just fine on any SIM card I put in it. Two weeks in and suddenly my o2 sim stopped making or recievibg calls. I got no message about a network lock and the signal strenth meter still shows signal strenth and o2 operator name still appears, it just won't make or take a call. Actually it does randomly make a call then usually ends it in a matter of seconds??
If I place the Orange sim back in everything works as normal so I assume this is some kind of lock that took a while to activate. The question is will this handset unlock simply by me purchasing an unlock code off the 'Net or do I have something odd going on here? I thought a sim lock on the Touch flashed up a warning message of some kind or showed emergency calls only. Mine acts as though everything is fine until I try to take or make a call.
Your advice would be appreciated,

I've bought brand new LG G2 D802 32GB from ebay india. So far i'm very impressed with this beast's performance. However i'm unable to get my simcard to work. It says "No sim card " on lock screen. Also when i dial " 2945#*802# " and tries to tap on network lock. I get this message
It says : This phone is permanently locked and can not be unlocked, Same thing on all other options in that menu,Seriously ? this is international version and supposed to be unlocked ?
My network provider is Airtel (sim type - GSM)
Is there any way to get out of this ? My sim card works fine on other phones so it's LG's issue here.
Software version is D80210F-sea-xx Jelly bean 4.2.2
Thing's i've tried :
Turn off the phone completely, taken out sim and pop in again and wait 2 minute before powering it on again. Doesn't work.
Factory reset - Doesn't work.
What should i do ? Any workaround ? Is my phone Hard locked ?Does gold color has anything to do with this ? I barely see it in online reviews!

"permanently locked" and "bought on ebay" doesnt smells right to me.....
Try other SIMs...but I think you maybe got scamed......
Nope, i haven't try other sims yet. I got only one Micro sim. I don't think i've got scammed. The seller sold over 20 phones in less than 24 hours. He has 99% positive rating too. I'll contact him about this issue too. ATM i'm looking for some DIY fix. Will root solve my problem ? I heard you can do some tweaks in EFS partition to get unlock!
Further more i read somewhere that you need to type unlock code atleast 10 times to get this happen. Seriously ? I didn't typed even a single time since there is no such option available!
Please help! I'm ready to root if it solve my issue

Hi all looking for help for friend of mine
He bought galaxy note 4 on China website which would be OK but his phone is having issue with receiving calls Evan he has full signal
He send phone back 3 times and they told him there is nothing wrong
He change 3 sim card and still same
When he restart phone all is fine and from out of the blue you can try to ring him and it's like his phone is off
Mine idea is can I do back up of mine note4 and try load that the his note4 ? Is it possible?

I need some help, but first sorry about my english!
I have a samsung s5 duos, G900MD that i bought original from samsung.
Those days i put a new rom from russia and lost my Imei, the cell phone shows 2 imeis but not the same that have on the back of the phone.
Now only sim 2 works great, sim one get signal, works 3g but i cant make a call, only some times, but most of the time doesnt work.
Some times shows "not registred" and some times the device try to make the call but quicly goes to red and lose the call.
I want to know if have some way to got my imei back, or if have some other fix that i can apply to fix the phone!
