Head to WWW.microcenter.com. they have the 32gb on sale for $199 right now.
Nice! Was just going to order one from Amazon today. Thanks for the heads up.

Just a quick heads up.... I picked mine up, today, from Staples. I printed the sale page from Microcenter (which is an hour away, in the city) and they matched it for me!
I saw this on Slickdeals. Not only was I able to call Staples and have them price match the 32GB to $200. I then used the $30 off coupon code they have to take it down to $170. I'm talking about $183 and change out the door for the 32GB! Great deal.

Nice!! Glad some of you took advantage of the opportunity to save money!! $200 for the nexus 7 FHD 32GB is a great deal. I wouldn't have passed up on it if I didn't already have a Nexus 7.
My 32GB just arrived today! Looks like I'll be jumping back and forth now between these forums and the Nexus 5 forums. Can finally put my HP TouchPad to rest, although it has served me well running CM10.1.
Great deal

I got the same deal also from Staples back in November. You can't beat it.
Rick
Those of you that got the deal of price match and then $30 off at staples are lucky because according to the Staples price match they were suppose to deduct the $30 from the $269 price and then price match. Here is their policy on that, taken from their web site.
If you buy an item from us for $159 and you have a $30 coupon, the net price is $129. If another company’s price is $125, your price match would be $4 off our net price of $129. Dollars-off coupons will be proportionally deducted from the prices of items in your order.

On Amazon, list price is almost always higher than the price. You can't really say that's on sale just because it says it is cheaper than list price.
32GB class 10 microSDHC near $30 is quite normal. I got my Polaroid one with adapter from Amazon for $25.
Amazon has this for 24 right now. Just search sdsdqua-032g-u46a. I is available for $23.99 through amazon with free shipping over $25 purchase. I got best buy to price match it.

32GB was $23.99; 64GB, $49.99 along with Extreme SSD's during yesterday's Amazon Gold Box sale (maybe celebrating SanDisk's 25 years of flash memory date). But ship dates were a few weeks out.
Good deals for those items, although regular 32GB microSD goes for <$1/GB.

It says $49.99 for me, but IS in stock near me.
Did you get an additional $10 off somehow or did they just increase the price?
I'm thinking about it for $49.99 though, seems like a good deal, worth more knowing that it's not counterfeit like it could be from eBay or amazon.
They increased it.

I just thought that a thread dedicated to finding a great deal on this amazing tablet during the upcoming shopping season would be helpful.
I recently missed an opportunity to get the 32GB version for $349 plus tax, and the 16GB version for $399 plus tax. I would've jumped all over these deals, but I was too late... I figured a central location for people to report deals would be helpful to all! I can't wait to get my hands on mine.
So far the only deal I've seen is HH Gregg selling for $449 on Black Friday (16GB). I'm really hoping to get it for $399. I'm crossing my fingers that Amazon drops in to that price to best the competition.
I can't wait to join the community here!
Update: Best deal is at Amazon for $449 (one-day free shipping with Discover card, plus 5% cash back!).
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
I also read abt $399 deals but I guess they were fake. I really couldnt find it on B**tB*y or the other store. I finally bought one from A**zon for $604.99. It is 3G+WiFi 16GB.
Keep checking this thread on SlickDeals.net; it's continually updated. So far there are a lot of deal on the G-Tab 2 but not the Note. MacMall has the 16GB Note for $419.99 and the 32GB for $469.99 with free shipping (2-day if you belong to ShopRunner).

They weren't fake - it was a glitch on Toys-R-Us' website. They quickly shut that down. It was a deal that was supposed to exclude tablets, but when you added it to your cart it still applied the discount.
Also, the other deal was an error as well. Fry's meant to post a one day sale on the Tab 2, and instead posted a one day sale on the Note. So you could get the 32GB version for $349 through price matching at BB that day.
@barry - thanks! That's the best deal I've seen so far!

Good catch! Amazon does too, plus one day shipping free if you have a Discover card. Also you get 5% cash back if you use Discover, so that sort of lowers the price to around $425-ish, shipped. This will easily beat Mac Mall's $419 + tax! I may snag one now... Black Friday pricing doesn't seem to be much better from what I'm seeing.
Anyone suspect a better deal will be lurking out there before BF?

Got them to pricematch another retailer bringing it down to
£312.90
They have an extra £30 rebate off when you buy any case (this is on top of Samsungs £50 rebate offer)
Purchased this for £12.99
Got cash back from a cash back site (topcashback) this confirmed at £9.19
Purchased on my credit card that gives 1% cashback £3.13
This makes me either very lucky or very sad but total sale price including the case will be £233.57 (aprox $375 including all taxes)
For those in the US, just saw white Galaxy Note 10.1 16GB at Costco for $429.

On a related note, for those who already own their Note and bought it at Future Shop, FS has extended their price protection on anything purchased on or after Nov. 2 to extend to the Jan. 6th (rather than being only 30 days of price protection). I got my $50 back yesterday. Just had to go into the store with my receipt, and have the credit card I used to make the purchase originally.

Took my HD back that I got from BB for $199 and got the Max HD for $175 (family line upgrade) when AW had it marked down also. BB priced with no problems. Higher cost phone for less money. Win/Win
Just got back from BBY as well as they price matched amazon on upgrade and new line so ended up getting 2 MAXX, one for me and the wife.
One thing I noticed though was that they charged us tax as if we bought the phone at full price and they said this was normal, is that true? I have purchased iphones before on discount at apple store and they only charged me tax based on how much I paid. This is in California if that makes a difference.

Yes I have see that before. I think it has to due with the way the " Instant rebate is handled"
I bought my phone at best buy for $249 ($299 - $50 instant giftcard for upgrading through them). Yesterday I saw that Amazon had the MAXX HD for $174.99, Best Buy price matched - all I had to do was bring my receipt in. When I got home, I realized that they refunded me too much money (the refunded me the difference in tax) so I ended up getting the phone for $120 out the door. I feel a bit guilty but oh well. I've spent thousands of dollars there over the last few years.
