Please help me!
In the morning my note 3 was working fine, and i was listening to music trough my headphones.
But a few minutes ago i connected my headphones again, but it doesn't show a notification that my headphones are connected, and it won't play music trough my headphones.
I have found a solution to have this fixed, by using the soundabout app.
My phone doesn't recognize a headphone input, but with the help of the soundabout app i can still play music trough my headphones. So this means that my headphone jack isn't broken.
But why can't i use my headphones the normal way anymore?
I want to get it working again WITHOUT using soundabout. What could be the problem that it just stopped working?
Thank you in advance!

Hi,
Wondering if anyone have experienced this and have a solution. I noticed today that only one of the stereo channels seems to work. I haven't listened to music with the headset before, so I do not know if this appeared in MR2 or was there before.
The problem: When listening to music (mp3), recorded videos, or over the internet (youtube), I only get sound from one of the speakers (left). The right channel is plain dead. This is both when using the headset earphones or directly with the built-in speakers. However, when using the headset earphones and listening to radio, both channels work fine! This leads me to the conclusion that this is not a hardware failure, but a software thing. Correct?
I have used the earphones on other devices and they are good. I have also restarted the device, without any success.
Is there a setting for speaker balance that I may have accidentally switched? I haven't found a balance setting anywhere, but I may have missed it.
Please help!
Greetings I try playing music via the Itech bluetooth capable headphone, (not headset) I have successfully paired it and all, i also had set it to stereo mode, here comes the problem, when i try to play via the player all i would hear is the start of the music maybe for 1.5 seconds then... nothing, music continues to play on the phone but there is no sound coming from the phone nor the headphones. I already tried different ROMS but to no avail same result so i am thinking it is not the ROMS I tried the tomal and lucathebig ROMS, I am stuck i don't know how I could do this help please? thanks.
I am quite sure that my bluetooth is not broken since I could pair with the pc and also the headphones
ok, I tried to switch off the bluetooth headphones while the music was playing and the music continues to play on the uni's speakers, so it means that the music is playing only it is not streaming to the headphones. Any help or idea will be appreciated
Hello~ I recently got my HTC wildfire. I can't hear any sound/music in my earphones after I plugged it in when I listen to the music player. I'm using audio technica earphones which works perfectly fine with my previous HTC touch 2. so i decided to use the earphones that came with the wildfire set. However, that didn't work too! but I can hear the music perfectly fine without the earphones, like blast it through the speakers.
is there a problem with my phone or is there some function i ought to enable or something..? hope someone can help me..
Sounds faulty, send it back for repair
heck if it's properly plugged and if still wont work send it back for repair
Hi guys,
Is anyone else the same problem as me whereby I have my earphones connected to the jack and my phone detects that earphones are connected but there's just no sound coming out from it when music is played.
I've tried to unplug and plug it back to no avail, earphones is working fine on other handsets(not the s3)
Hope someone would be able to advice. Thanks.
Regards,
Stan

Scenario I'd like to see:
Wired Headphones plugged in
Bluetooth connected to audio receiver
Music plays through audio receiver
Calls go through wired headphones
If a call comes in it pauses the music app and transfers audio to headset. As soon as call complete music continues.
I can get this to work on my Scotts Clean Rom Note 2 and iPhone 5 fine but I can't seem to find a setting or app that can allow this behavior.
Why?
I much prefer hearing music through my car speakers and if I get a call it's much easier to hear and talk through the wired headset.
Anyone else have this use case? Figured out an answer?
Just a thought since I haven't tired this yet.... What happens when you turn off phone audio(but leave media) for the car in the bluetooth settings on the phone?

Gave it a try, still reverted to headphones.
Thanks though!
