I'd suggest using YouTube to find a root video. It will walk you through it all.

Open the back of the phone and check which model is.
i see d800 written on the bottom below the battery

the phone is working
only the touch is not registering at the right place

Try Kingroot app first, the latest version. If it fails( it wont for sure. Internet connection is neccessary) then try pc version of kingroot
Edit:

I tried both Kingo root for PC (1.4.9) and Android version but they are both fail.
