I'm trying to locate a specific weather app for WindowsPhone and I can't remember the name of it.
The app suggests what clothing to wear based on the current conditions, the forecast and your personal settings.
Anybody remember the app?
I'm hoping for a link, or a response with the name.

Just wondering if there is any way to lock the wifi in the off position. Say for example I wanted to let my kids use the Nexus 7 but not be online and if they took the Nexus to the library or any public location to read books only or use the installed apps only offline and to make sure that they are not surfing the web etc?
Also wondering how to make the google play ALWAYS ask for a password? It seems to easy to make purchases which is a good for me but basically wondering if it is possible to make it so they are not able to purchase anything. Similar to the way Apple iPad works where there is a "enter password" for every purchase.

You can set a pin the market settings to prevent installs/purchases.
Also you can download an app blocker from the market and black list certain apps without a password. Including settings/play store/ etc. Set it up to block access to certain apps. I use a app blocker instead of the built in lock screen pin. To keep Wifey out my SMS when she feeling nosey.

You can try blocking the settings app with an app blocker AFAIK.

Hi I have a Samsung 19500 wth stock Kitekat os, I'm looking for an app that will allow me to password protect individual photo/video that also has the extra ability to work from within the default s4 gallery/video app rather than having to load a trird party app to lock/view the protected files which so far seems to be the only way this is done with all the media locker apps that I've been able to find. if any one can suggest an app that works from within the default gallery/video app I would be very gratful if you could help me out.

Hi all,
Back in the day when I still used my Galaxy S2 I had an app that managed permissions by giving me a pop-up whenever an app needed e.g. internet access or location information. I then had the option to allow or deny the request and to remember my choice if I wanted that.
Now that I rooted my Note 3 with towelroot I want to use this app again but I have no idea what it was called. Any of you have an idea? Also, other interesting root Alps aways welcome.

Hi i have smg note 3 neo with 4.4.2 android and id love to hide apps that nobody cant see them vut i can still use them ... example whatsup all i found till now was just protect app with pass but im lookibg for something like if you hide pictures from galery and to see them you have to dial ##0000
