Which pacakage?
HnnnnnnnnmnHmmmmmmmmGpuuuuuuuuuuuuu
flash stock rom using a firmware package from my thread at the top of the dev section
put
pda in pda
phone in modem
csc in csc
do NOT include pit file
do NOT tick repartition
if you choose a wipe pack (says wipe in file name) the phone should just boot up after flash
if you choose a non wipe pack (doesnt say wipe in file name) and the phone doesnt boot after flash go to recovery mode and wipe data/factory reset and then restart

I´m new here and I'm hope in the correct forum. Sorry my English isn't the best but I´ll try to explain, maybe someone can help me.
I've never rooted a phone before. I was just trying to root my Samsung Galaxy S4 4G(GT-I9596) with ODIN and my phone now stuck with the blue colour legend Recovery booting mode. i think i put the wrong tar. file in PDA. i unplugged the battery and put it back in but once i press the power button it switch to the blue colour legend Recovery booting again >!<
i can still boot into download mode after i unplugged the battery and holding power and down volume. i can restart my phone after the warning screen. but once i click "factory data reset"my phone turn back to the blue colour legend Recovery booting.
plz help!i! is there any chance that i can fix it and can anyone help me plz..i'm freaking out
i dun want to root my phone anymore, i;m too scared that i will end up bricking the phone

Bought an Australian model galaxy S4 off ebay which was stuck at Samsung Logo with a hope I can unbrick it.
I have tried to flash with an official firmware twice. ODIN confirmed flashing Passed. But the phone still could not boot pass Samsung logo with model number.
+ Pressed volume up + Home + power button to enter into recovery mode but the phone still stuck at recovery mode with blue text "recovery booting ". Have tried to take battery out and redo few times. . All I can do is go to download mode to flash official firmware again. However I do not want to mess thing up as I have tried twice without success.
Please help me out if you have any idea how to fix it. I am much appreciate.
I am not sure if it will help or not but you can try flashing TWRP via Odin and then boot into that one (maybe recovery is corrupted as well?)
Clear cache / dalvik cache from TWRP and try booting to system again

Good idea of @th3cr0w.
I will add: It's important know what firmware had before you start to flash things. I supose you don't know it. What you can do is:
1. Flash TWRP recovery in DOWNLOAD MODE via ODIN unticking "Auto reboot". Take out the battery when the process finish. Wait 30 sec. and push it in again.
2. Boot in TWRP and wipe all (Wipe -> Advanced Wipe -> Select system, data, cache and dalvik cache).
3. Reboot in DOWNLOAD MODE and now yes, flash the firmware you wish via ODIN normally.
Same happens with my Galaxy s3 while ago, Problem was the EMMC chip was corrupted, And the problem was solved after replacing it from a local shop.

Thanks for your and TH3cr0w's suggestion. I will try it tonight and let you guys know. Hope I will fix it. A quick question before I do, once I install TWRP it is anyway I can remove it and reinstall official receovery?
I am using this firmware:
PDA I9505XXUGNH6
CSC I9505XSAGNH1
i have tried to install TWRP with this file twrp-2.8.6.0-jfltexx.tar 9.9M. However my phone still stuck and can not boot into recovery. up the top of screen i have following messages:
Recovery booting...
RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING
Set Warranty Bit : recovery
Have i done anything wrong? Thanks
What you're seeing is normal, but recovery not installing isn't. I know you don't want to try it again, but flash your stock ROM through Odin. Do it this time with the following changes:
Add a PIT file (easily found on the forum).
Make sure "Re-partition" is selected.
The combination of the PIT file and the re-partition function should wipe the S4's internal storage and partition it properly. If there is no physical damage to the internal storage you should then be able to boot into the device. Otherwise you may have no choice but to have this beast repaired.
i have a grand prime ve G531H/DS with bootloop i can't solve the problem even i flashed the stock rom via odin
i tried the stock rom with one file and with pit file 4 file rom i still got bootloop when i want to wipe data factory reset i have that message
E: unknown volume for path [/sbfs]
E: unknown volume "/sbfs"
Dont use the pit file. Download again and then flash dont use .pit file.

after flash twrp via odin still got stock recovery
@zizoumadrid in odin untick the option reboot after completed (or something related) then reflash twrp when its completed remove battery and then insert again and boot and direcrly press vol up power and home to go to recovery. Alternatively u can try to go to recovery as soon as your phone reboots after conpleted (if u did not uncheck reboot after completed)
Update odin if you didn't .
And try to use diffrent country model (i faced bootloop once from a diffrent country which was weird).
Or try to flash a rom from sd .
Note :this could be from battery , if the battery wasn't connected well it will cause bootloop (or unusual reboots ) .
Hope that helps

Buy a jig to go on the download mode isn't too much expensive and then flash your stock rom using odin
I already flashed with stock ROM via Odin and it goes in download mode but same problem. I want to hard reset device but doesn't go into recovery mode.....help
Last option would be to extract the pit-file from the 4-file csc package and load it toghether with 4-file firmware in odin, tick re-partition and hope for the best.
If that won't work I'm afraid that your nand is damaged beyound repair, or some other partition is corrupt.
hello,
i need help...
iv accidently 'wipe all' at (vol up+home+power) where i tick all and wiped. my problem now is phone stuck at logo after reboot. i cant even do 'vol up+home+power ' because phone stuck at logo. tried force restart but still same..
thanks in advance
odin
Hello,
you must use odin.
start your phone in download mode and connect it to the pc.
download the version of twrp adapted on the pc and flash it with odin.
you will restart in revovery mode and you will have twrp.
you will find tutorials for each step.
cordially

thanks for the reply.. ive done install the twrp before as i use twrp to "wipe all"..
OK. Now you have to install a new ROM. either .ZIP with twrp or .tar with odin.
FOR A ROM CUSTOM :
next install open gapps if you want's stay in the Google environnement.
let's install magisk if you want thé root accèss.
FOR AN OFFICIAL FIRMWARE :
download at sammobile.com
don't beleive back you old data after wipe. next tome mâke a total backup with twrp on jour sd card as son as jour phone will run.
i hope it helped you
