Let me answer as short as your information is: Read the forum.
Might sound rude to you. But many before you have bricked their phone cause they didn't read the forum. Then when you are actually ready to root and you have specific questions.. just ask..

Well for starters, go to the right forum... This is the NOTE 3 - sm-n00*. Not the I9300 forum. Any rom you flash from here will result in you looking for a new phone....

owh bummer ... but i'm positive the great Chainfire will sort it out :fingers-crossed: ...
works on my P3100
Maybe it's an idea to change this topic name to something different because it's not yet working for all the SGT2 devices.
appreciate your idea , let see if there are couple more P5110 owners report the same problem or statement from chainfire that P5110 not working yet, then i'll edit the topic...

Errors booting up Tab

Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 SPH-P100 which I bought off ebay about a week ago.
Initially it was in bootloop where it would boot and then loop at the glowing samsung letters. I google'd around and came up to this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=17817287&postcount=2
And follow the instruction using ODIN to reset my tablet. However, I end up getting these errors: (see attachment)
Now I am stuck on what to do because I don't want to Brick my tab and new to the Android system. I have download most of the apps (ODIN and Heimdall) and have a microSD adapter + card if I need to "flash ROM" it. (Whatever that means)
Any help or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated
I can skype as well if someone can show me step by step how to resolve the errors.

You stuck in boot loop?
Grab the firmware of your device (P6800 or P6810??)
Flash back via PC Odin : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21930173
There is guide to flash via Odin

If you look at the thread link, wasn't that the stockware I had flashed?
And whats the difference between flashing between using ODIN and a ROM?

You mean P1000? It's the 7in right?
Did you flash it with stock ICS?
I think this unit does not support the ICS upgrade unless you install custom roms.

Check this link. These are the firmwares for the P1000

Yeah it's 7 inch but the model I bought is the SPH-P100 for Sprint.
So all I need is to flash it back with firmware using ODIN right? Or do I need to flash a custom ROM on it?
And do I need CWM?
I guess you need to flash a stock Rom as for now then try to look under your tab forum for some ideas on custom roms. As to Cwm, have not tried it yet with my tab.
I found this on the net.

Incorrect.
That guide is for every build except MF3. Step 2 (after reading step first, of course) contains the link to rooting your I337M.
This will work, as I've rooted MG1 with these steps in the past:

Bro as i said you don't need that and it doesn't matter what is your firmware build number or what is your baseband number. All you need is a specific file for your mobile like CF root for s3 or S3 neo or s4 etc ok and if any thing matters is that your mobile variant number and yours GT-I9301I.
