Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 SPH-P100 which I bought off ebay about a week ago.
Initially it was in bootloop where it would boot and then loop at the glowing samsung letters. I google'd around and came up to this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=17817287&postcount=2
And follow the instruction using ODIN to reset my tablet. However, I end up getting these errors: (see attachment)
Now I am stuck on what to do because I don't want to Brick my tab and new to the Android system. I have download most of the apps (ODIN and Heimdall) and have a microSD adapter + card if I need to "flash ROM" it. (Whatever that means)
Any help or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated
I can skype as well if someone can show me step by step how to resolve the errors.

You stuck in boot loop?
Grab the firmware of your device (P6800 or P6810??)
Flash back via PC Odin : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21930173

If you look at the thread link, wasn't that the stockware I had flashed?
And whats the difference between flashing between using ODIN and a ROM?

You mean P1000? It's the 7in right?
Did you flash it with stock ICS?
I think this unit does not support the ICS upgrade unless you install custom roms.

Yeah it's 7 inch but the model I bought is the SPH-P100 for Sprint.
So all I need is to flash it back with firmware using ODIN right? Or do I need to flash a custom ROM on it?
And do I need CWM?
I guess you need to flash a stock Rom as for now then try to look under your tab forum for some ideas on custom roms. As to Cwm, have not tried it yet with my tab.
I found this on the net.

I'm wondering why we cannot flash directly the I9505GUEUBMFP (4.3) - U.S.A (XAR) firmware on "standard" i9505 as Faryaab told us here :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2342377
After reading some posts in dev section (Aerys is trying to bypass the problem, but I have no news since yesterday...), it seems that the bootloader won't allow complete flash of the i9505G firmware, as it has a "write protection enabled". Is this the main problem that avoid flashing ?
So, are we forced to use only unofficial ports of i9505G firmwares ? There is another way to unlock/bypass such protection to flash the original i9505G firmware ? And what do we really miss when we flash/use ported ROMs than the original one made by Google ?
Thanks for your answers !
Yea we cant flash the .pit/modem/bootloader from I9505G on our I9505. Maybe it can be bypassed but idk how.
Write protection: Enabled (in Downloadmode) is our main issue. THis prevents us from flashing other devices odin files.
One reason: Modem.

Different LTE frequencies. S4 Google Edition is being sold in the US for two carriers. Both use totally different frequencies from i9505 (international version).
This flash might be possible on S4 of the same carrier but not on our international edition.

In this forum all have the own personal idea about this problem
It is possible to flash part of the odin files of the leaked 4.3 firmware, see: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2342377&page=14
When the i9505g is available we can see how it differs from the original. Im sure we can then flash the bootloader etc to our i9505 completely.

Here's a Guide to unroot, unbrick and go back to stock .If you don't find your original stock frameware listed there trying looking for it in this Thread.
Find out what's your region (telco) code
Eg. In Singapore it's either SIN, MM1 or STH depending on who your telco is
Then go to samsung-updates.com and download the latest for your operator
Flash with Odin (if you're using a Windows PC)
If you're unsure how to use Odin.. Google it

Had to flash again using an older version of ODIN and it worked!
[Q] Help Please, stuck in odin mode and "software not recognized by AT&T "
So I got a new phone and I thought that this would be a great opportunity to learn how to do things on my own with my phones, Lucky me my new phone (Nexus 5) is way easier to root and do the fun stuff... but not my Galaxy S4
trying to odin back to stock I got stuck in Download mode and later i got a msg saying "Software not recognized by AT&T was found in your device" and on the top line in red said "Secure Fail: Kernel"
How can I flash the kernel and the new recovery ?
remember I am a Noob trying to learn, so go easy on me
What file were you trying to flash with odin? Do you have a link? Also, what firmware version was your phone on? The version you're trying to flash in Odin had to be at least as new as what your phone was on.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Free mobile app
The boot loader is locked. This means that the stock recovery and kernel cannot be replaced. Also, you cannot Odin flash firmware that contains a boot loader with a lower version than the one you are currently running.

The TM-320s are at the following. You need to filter by country. The standard U.S. firmware is under "Cellular South (XAR)":
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-T320/
Do note that Lollipop just started rolling out to the Tab S series. Hopefully that's a sign that the Tab Pro Lollipop isn't much farther off.
I'm not able to download any firmware from the SamMobile site. Can anyone provide me with a firmware? I don't care about the region or anything since I'll be flashing CM right after that (my device is soft-bricked, and I need to flash stock firmware with Odin). If someone can either mirror a firmware or share it with me, I'd greatly appreciate it
Would flashing this firmware remove the KNOX triggered flag.
I.e. if I flash it, can I return it to the shop and Samsung for repair?
EDIT: Yes, it removes KNOX
I have problems during the boot of the tablet
I've followed all the steps but when i've finally used odin, my tablet doesn't power on, it stays at samsung, st 320 or something like that and I can't go further. Also it only shows all that stuff when it is pluged in the pc.
I really don't know what to do, so could anybody help me please???

I don't think that's possible unless you have a pre-rooted or custom rom that you are flashing thru Odin. If you flash the newest firmware it will wipe out your root and custom recovery and you start all over.

2. I cannot find a good way to root after upgard it to lollipop. :crying: :crying:

Make sure you have done a clean installation of the ROM. By clean installation I mean make a full wipe, from TWRP (a custom recovery), go to Advanced Wipe and select everything except your external SD, in case you have one installed. Then flash the latest Lollipop ROM via Odin. The latest stable LP ROM I found to be OF3, so get that from sammobile.com.
And root can't be more easy. When you are done flashing the stock ROM via Odin just place this zip on your phone, https://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip, reboot to recovery, which will be TWRP (and after flashing the stock ROM you will have to reflash TWRP, cause flashing stock ROM always installs the stock recovery), and just install the zip from there, done.
