I've rooted and installed CWM 6.0.2.8 on my LG E612(V20e) using V20d+root+CWM on KDZ updater...
I've tried installing CM 10, 10.1, 10.2 and 11, Vanir, AOSP mod+Clean and Slimbean ROMs. All seem to be installed properly but once the phone is booted the touchscreen doesn't work? The only L5 Custom ROM wherein the touchscreen worked was KOLROM.
What seems to be the problem? Please help.. Thanks..

Is your bootloader unlocked ? maybe you need to update your kernel, download and install this

My LG L5 E612 is V20E by default.. I am afraid to unlock the bootloader and install CWM manually because I once experienced random reboots after doing that previosuly.. So to get CWM recovery I just flashed a V20d+root+CWM through KDZ Updater. I just noticed though that if I flash another version of KDZ (ex. V20A or V20D) that is different from my V20E default, I noticed that the backlight of the phone is dimmer? I mean on these different KDZ versions 75% brightness was just like the 25% on my stock rom V20E. Has anyone else noticed this too?

Hey,
I´ve got CM installed on l7 and now I want to flash v10k again. I don´t want to brick the phone, so I just wanna know if I should just flash v10k using the KDZ or I need to do something with CWM before and after. What is easier? CM to v10k > v20a, or just CM to v20a?

Hi guys, so I got a very big problem with my phone that never happened before to me on any phone.
I just installed CM11 and noticed that it can't auto-rotate...after I found that rotation is enabled but still it can't auto rotate I downloaded CPU-Z and there I saw in the sensor section that all my sensors are off...all of them...so yeah I tought it is broken but I restored my back-up before CM11 and all of them worked as good as they need to...and then I came back to CM11...same problem...sensors off...
I am the only one here or it happened to you too guys?
And if so, has anyone any idea how to solve it? Thanks in advance.
I attached the screenshot from CPU-Z if it helps...
By any chance, did you upgrade to kitkat before installing CM11?
I had Stock LG 4.4.2 before upgrading

Yes I had the stock LG 4.4.2 rom, rooted and with TWRP installed (I updated my phone manually to not lose root and TWRP).
Everything worked good no problem at all, but when I installed CM11 all the sensors were gone and there was no evident solution, apearantly no one ever had this before...also I tried with ParanoidAndroid...same thing...I don't know what happened...now I am glad I made a backup for the LG stock rom...
Do you have any idea?
Thanks a lot!
Do I have to downgrade to 4.2.2 and try again?

You could go that route or just flash a modded 4.4.2 modem based on what model G2 you own.
This is where to find the modded 4.4.2 modems http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2705509
Hi,
I have a LG G2 D802 (European version) which is on KOT49i.D80220d. I believe this is the latest firmware released by LG so far. I rooted it today, but now it won't allow me to flash a custom recovery.
Used IOroot25 to root, and it's working.
Tried flashing CWN through ROM Manager, no luck.
Tried TWRP too, but it goes back into the stock recovery.
It just won't allow me to flash a custom recovery. What's more, it seems its not a supported device in FreeGee. PFA the screenshot.
Anyone has a solution?

You need to use AutoRec - the bootloader in KK will not allow Recovery to be flashed.
^^ This is why I love XDA! Thanks!

Good
Should have posted a question in Q and A by the way... future reference.
A few days ago I had the same problem. When I received my LG-D802 last week, I have performed as a first upgrade to 4.4. A mistake I now know. The rooting I finally managed with iroot25. But I did not managed to install a custom recovery. Then I finally came across AUTOREC. So it went quite easily and without problems. Thanks to the developer for this easy to use tool! Great work!
As we know D802T does not support TWRP it goes into bootloop. Any one here from Australia with model D802T tried flashing with any other KDZ? if yes can u tell me which one and if there were any issues with it like baseband etc??
I want to install roms and not able to since i cant install recoveries on it..also is there a chance to sideload rom from adb?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks

The kdz flash will just fail. A lot of people have tried doing that, it just doesn't work. Also, the problem with autorec is that it flashes a patched kernel that doesn't work with your d802t firmware and will end up bricking it. The recovery does work though. So theoretically, if you flashed a custom rom right after flashing the recovery it should work. I don't have a d802t though so I can't test it.

That requires a custom recovery and flashing twrp through adb would require Loki which doesn't work on kit kat. It's disappointing that you couldn't flash a rom directly. Maybe you should try flashing an aosp rom like cm after autorec and then go from there. Otherwise, downgrading to jelly bean through a kdz flash is your only option. You just need to find some jb firmware first.

LG G2 no LTE in India
I have been searching xda forums like crazy for enabling lte on my lg g2 D802 in india.
I have flashed D802T india stock rom kdz (For working with band 40 in india) however getting only 3g signal and no 4G.
My phone model also shows as D802T instead of D802. The network settings is showing as GSM/WCDMA/ Lte (Auto) but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated
LG D-802T firmware issue
Tried flashing custom rom (CM13) after flashing recovery (TWRP) on my LG D-802T (Australian); it started off fine but then ended up bricking the phone: "Continuous LG logo"
Tried flashing it with UK open ROM, failed again.
Did The Australian D-802T stock ROM, worked...
So concluded that it doesn't support others.

If you want to use blisspop 6.4, just flash it.
But if you want to flash Cloudy G3 you will need another LG G3 zzzzzz
In case Cloudy G3 2.2 is a typing mistake, you only have to flash the kitkat baseband first (download here --- credited to Cloudyfa) and then flash the rom.
my English is really bad, just reply if u can't understand any steps =="

No, I mean I am currently using BLISSPOP 6.4 and I want to flash Cloudy Kitkat based rom, how can I do that?
Flash kitkat baseband, then clean wipe then flash cloudy rom?
Does Hybrid bootstack work on Cloudy or do I need to flash another bootstack? Thanks

just wipe all, flash the kitkat baseband and then flash the rom.
idk if the hybrid bootstack worked with kitkat-based, cuz I have never try it. I'm sure that the hybrid boootstack work well with cloudy lollipop-based.
