Does titanium backup pro do this? Or rom toolbox pro?

use Titanium Backup to restore TouchWiz "Data Only" works. you get all your icons but no widgets. run the restore manually after you restore all your apps.

I just want to get an idea of what the general consensus is and what people use. I've heard some stories that if you use the Backup & Restore that you can enable/disable from within privacy settings that there might be some problems with the rom you're using acting up weird and stuff. Granted, it doesnt restore all your preferences and settings but it's not the end of the world for me to setup a few things by myself, and it automatically downloads the latest versions of the apps where as titanium backup restores the version you had installed?
What do you use, have used? Any experiences?
I use AppMonster Pro... Backs up in the background as soon as any app is updated or installed. Plus it gives you the option to backup market links or the APK's... Great app.

I am one of the few people that seem to like Touchwiz... That said, can you guys tell me:
Is there anyway to backup touchwiz settings??? (widget locations, icon locations, etc.)
Maybe using mybackup pro or mybackup root, do an applications backup; select only TW and select apk + data ?
Yes. With Titanium Backup, backup twlauncher.

Ditto. Just restore data and yer good to go.
What steps do I (or anyone) need to take to prepare for a ROM upgrade ( like sacs)? I have titanium and known how to do a full recovery backup. How would I use titanium?
Use TB to back up all your user apps and data. That way you can restore them after you wipe your phone before installing your new rom. Make sure you change the folder for your backup to the external sdcard first. Also, do not back up system apps with TB. If you restore system apps to a new rom you will be replacing files in the new rom and will most likely have problems. You can also back up you sms and call logs and restore them after install.
There is only the option for apps +system data. Apps. And system data. But no options for apps and data (app data) . Any help?

App Backup & Restore OR G-Data Cloud Back are your best options.
I am using Helium - App Sync and Backup. No need to be rooted

If rooted, Titanium Backup is a good option which backup apps to the core
an
