After flashing clean rom and trying to restore this app, it force closes every time I launch. Wipe data, wipe cache.... Nothing makes it work. Seems like my tibu backup of the app is borked.
Can someone extract the apk and post it so I can replace my corrupt apk please?

Did you just flash the ROM?
Did to full wipe and or factory reset?
Are you coming from another custom ROM?
Did you restore any system apps or data using titanium backup or my backup root etc? Edit: if so was the backup made from a different ROM?
Have you a recent cwm recovery nan-backup? Could boot into recovery and try "fix permission", sometimes helps with force closes, and sometimes will give you more issues than you had,....according to some.
Edit: Could also try clearing the app data/cache etc. You may lose your mail account setup though.

If you do a full wipe & flash the Rom again, I don't think you will have a problem.
What apps did you remove, how (root explorer, titanium, removed from zip prior to flashing ROM) etc?

When I try to use my wifi on CM 7.1 stable it just says error everytime I turn it on. So I tried to wipe everything again and reflash and that still didn't fix it. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Try wiping cache and dalvik n try it or try to reflash different kernel .or just the stock kernel 4 cm you may also of got a incomplete download. Did you maybe restore part of a old OS instead of just apps also?

This answer was given to me by "teh roxxorz." This has nothing to do with your rom or kernel, do this:
Back up everything into Titanium Backup
Boot into recovery
wipe cache, Dalvik, and pretty much everything
reflash your rom, kernel and gapps (or if you would like to check out some other roms and kernels just click on the link in my sig)
once you've set up your phone download Titanium Backup from the market
in titanium backup restore all your apps ONLY!!! (don't get apps w/ data - only get apps, and do not get system data)
after this your wifi should be working just fine
p.s. if you would like to find out more about aosp roms/kernels check the link in my sig ^_^
The strange part is I restored nothing at all. It was a fresh start I will see if that works.

So I did a data wipe yesterday in cm to start fresh. Restored with titanium everything works. But today of the 4 apps I downloaded odd the market every single one force closes. Rebooting didn't help

I have not experienced this issue. Perhaps you need to wipe your data. Backup apps using helium or titanium backup first.
I'm running rooted stock. When I try to update maps or Quickoffice I get the attached error. It is as if the store is dishing out the kitkat versions of the apps for me. I think this started when I flashed cm11 and then flashed back. Anyone know where the store is pulling that data from? I'd much rather find it and manually change it than have to wipe data and start from scratch.

When changing between operating systems (kitkat, jellyfish, etc) never ever flash over top off the existing Rom. The file structure is different and you will have issues like this.
Save yourself more grief and blue the bullet and wipe ☺

I'm pretty sure I did a factory reset and formatted the system partition. I really don't know how anything persisted. But apparently it did. Sigh.
Wipe cache as well.
Did factory wipe and restored data from titanium. Had same issue. Wiped data for play store, and services framework. No more error. I guess the bad data was saved by titanium and I accidentally restored it.
