N8010XXALH2 Firmware

Hi,
I have been waiting for a new firmware for the WiFi version of Note and one was released yesterday.

I'm running the N8013 so I'm guessing that wouldnt be for me. Is there actually anything new in it or just the release firmware?

Was one released for American wifi version?

Sorry I only found something for the N8010. Isn't the N8013 the same as the European WiFi version anyway?
I flashed N8000 software on my N8010 and it was fine.

ill check the Ota option in settings when I get off. does samsung post the drivers/tools needed for manual flashing of firmware?

Guys where can I find the description and differences N8010, N8013, N8000 please?
Is Note 10.1 3G+WiFi 16GB called N8000?

Interestingly I just fired up kies and the update isn't showing.

On closer look its a BTU region / Germany update.
I've downloaded both files, and one is a kernel, and but what is the other - its a really small file.

[Q] 4.3 update issues

So today I update my S4 to the newest 4.3 update (DBT) via Kies, since I flashed the earlier 4.2.2 DBT version.
Now everything went fine till the end...
Then I noticed 2 things:
First of all the S-Health widget have disappeared but the Walking Mate
Second, I can't find my network operator line, it finds the other 3 (In Italy we have 4 in total) but not mine...
Any wonders?

Did you check the IMEI number and see if it is wrong? I had the same problem when I downgraded the firmware and I solved it by just installing the modem for my country on a different firmware, so far working fine.

Md5 check before flashing?

If Your IMEI is lost m'y advice.Reflash a stock rom.
You wont have anymore the version of Your operator but everything will work fine.
To add it will be best for Your mobile.
It happen to me there us somme time.I juste flash with Odin the stock firmwire in question ans everything goes well after.

Actually I figured out it was my network operator issue...
Anyways.. still can't find S-health widgets...only 1 is left..walking companion.

I have the Samsung s4 i9505 unbranded din the uk
I know jellybean 4.3 I out now for Germany and Russia, but is their anywhere I can download the uk version or do I just have to wait until it comes via OTA or kies

No luck yet I'm in UK same as your phone but not received anything yet

then you can download it and install it manually, I do have a link but not sure if im allowed to post it on here
can anybody confirm weather XXUEMJ5 is a uk firmware for the international i9505 versions of the s4, or if this one is just for Germany and russia

i don't know if MJ5 Is open europe but usually its from Germany if i aint wrong,

Unless there is a particular reason one specifically wants a UK rom, the DBT works okay in the UK.
Simply select English-GB or English-UK. I am running this on my UK phone.

That's is always the case with every samsung phone. The Germans are proefkonijnen.

I want the UK one as I want to keep my mobile how it is form when I bought it all UK,
I mean if I downloaded XXUEMJ5 which I believe is the Germany and Russia one, wouldn't I see anything different form the Germany, Russia and uk version I mean im guessing the update is all just going to be the same but made for each country right.
wouldn't I have any problems with kit kat comes out, like when Samsung releases kitkat in the uk, wouldn't my mobile or kies automatically download me the uk version or would they download the Germany version

I updated my Samsung s4 i9505 before by manually downloading the firmware I9505XXUEMJ5
but iv notices that it has not updated the camera
and also the device status is set to custom - but the update was an official update
does anybody know why this has happened

Yo i am gooing to respond i am french ans the XX is available and design the UK,France etc and others country in E.U
Si Yes ni problème woth that ! You can dlwnload the official stock rom for Russia or others.However i dont know if the English will be available i think but not 100% sûre.Normally Yes.

i think its better not to upgrade now, because the current firmwares have some bugs, and if you upgrade to 4.4.2 you cant go back, so wait for a better firmware....i upgraded to 4.4.2 and i regret that...

I agree. I won't recommend the update either. The overall experience will be a little more smoother, but in the expense of lack of custom kernel (i9500 only), and that long email list jerkiness. Jelly Bean is stable enough imo.

If u hav i9500 then u should flash stock 4.4.2 its stable smooth nd more free ram is available on 4.4.2

Its good idea to upgrade. I've upgraded my i9505 to 4.4.2 and it runs very good without single problem. I recommended. :good:

I just installed it and bumped with the CSC Conflicts where booting with no modems, wifi etc...... until I found a fix
Now it's running fine nevertheless I rooted it to install the framework etc...
Will keep an eye on the battery and keep you guys posted
Will miss the Pure Android Feel for a few days I guess

Really it is very good to upgrade! Better Ram management. Mine never lagged or frilled.

If you want to flash a firmware via Odin then use the AP slot for the firmware. CP is for the modem.

nope, the bootloader is locked, you can only stay on 4.4.2. I read it somewhere but I forgot it :/

I downloaded it on sammobile and have no problems at all. Installed it on the 5.0.1 of february this year

I'm in Turkey. I installed and no problem. Antutu before 46700, after 50548.

I have also installed this firmware on SM-N915FY (DBT). So far there are no problems.

Yes i have it and no hick ups

Working good here on SM-N915FY in the UK, reinstalled CWM and then re-rooted

Still there is a problem with camera shutter position

Installed over BOA2 beta on my 915Fy (F) with no wipes (non-rooted) and it seems smoother than beta. Battery also more robust, esp. on cell radio when making calls. Will keep testing.

Also no problem with my FY (german).
By notification panel you mean the edge? No problems here.
I did not wipe, all apps and settings survived.
(Haven´t got root yet.)

Step by step on how I updated my fone using this update
Downloaded this build from Sammobile & used odin 3.9
Made a backup (kies) just in case
Uploaded the file on odin
Put fone on recovery
(Pls read the log in odin carefully before doing anything)
Everything went without a hitch in 5 minutes
No data was lost and it was like a normal update
Fone stuttered a bit after the update for like half an hour
Now it is butter smooth better than kitkat
Still getting used to the new interface (Colors are very loud and tons of animations )
FYI If u remove your sd card the fone is much smoother on lollipop (same issue with my brothers s5)
