Yes. It is, provided there's enough space on your sd card. And you can restore any backup anytime you want. I myself have 5 backups.

Has anyone renamed a backup using twrp recovery
There should be a rename option before you choose to backup

when you first click back up in twrp. on the top of the screen if you click on the title of the ROM Backup you can change it and then press OK on the keyboard

[Q] How to delete installed flash zip files

I installed a zip file last time and I cant seem to remove it and now its stacking up the one I just downloaded ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2719909 )
I really need help please my quicksettings is really messed up

You could reflash using cwm and restoring a data backup to keep data (obvs)

I wonder if it is possible to make a update.zip in Titanium Backup from Kitkat Rom and then flash Lollipop Rom and then restore the Kitkat apps update.zip
