Is it possible to flash a different firmware region in the note 3? My wife's device was bought here in Saudi Arabia and she wants the samsung hub to be in english.
Is it safe to flash a UK version for example?

Isn't this depending on your system language? Just asking. I prefer my gadgets to be English only and once I set it up this way in settings, I never ever read any UI thing in German. For me, some German translations just seem way off. So it's kind of hard to find the proper menus and such if they're not in English.

I cannot guarantee that. because I already tripped KNox counter before I flashed the UK version.

how'd you trip knox ?
Changing CSC shouldn't trip KNOX. There have been some reports of tripping KNOX with ODIN Stock re-flashes (this doesn't always happen) -
As for OP tripping KNOX, probably already tripped when rooting or installing custom recovery (like myself)

Hi everybody and excuse me for my bad english. I'm a young owner of a used Galaxy note 3. From what I can see from boxes it's a german note 3 but the antecedent owner had flashed a 4.4 poland android firmware, fortunately the knox counter hadn't changed to 0x1 but still is to 0x0. Today was released the 4.4 german android firmware and i want to flash it using Odin will that modify the counter? Thank to everybody

Hello friends, some doubts about Galaxy Note III N9005...
- I've one with CSC's LUX (Luxembourg)
- And with stock ROM N9005XXUENC2 (CSC N9005LUXENC1 Version)
What do you think about changing to the stock rom N9005XXUGNG1, from Italy or Finland? Is it worth it?
NOX increases to 0x01 with stock rom flashing?
PS: I think there is still no solution to reset the NOX 0x0 again right?
Thank you! Cheers.
¿?
Noone here could help me? Thnx!

Upgrading to stock ROM for International NOTE 3 will not trip KNOX.

Just follow the link that sawdoctor said. The latest one if you're using the SM-G935FD model released on 24.8.2016. Once you flash the rom, the starting country will be THL (Thailand) you can change the csc later to XME (Malaysia).

In order for you to be able to change CSC you have to be rooted. Rooting comes with tripping KNOX and your WARRANTY (not so sure) . There are a few guide that show how to change CSC, which you can find in this forum or by searching the internet. I can't share the link here because this is just Q&A on how to get the firmware. :fingers-crossed:

ive bumped into a few thread here about changing the CSC without tripping KNOX. But i havent done it yet. do let me know if it works
I got a UAE S7 edge off of amazon about a week ago. Not rooted, running latest OS nougat version available. CSC code is XSG. I just can't get Samsung Pay working on it though. I read from a few places that it is possible to install the framework and samsung pay apk's. I installed the version 2.7.38 framework. I first tried the 2.6.00 version of the Samsung Pay app, but had no luck as I couldn't get past the first screen. I then tried 2.7.46. It managed to load in, but failed because I don't have a Korean sim card in my phone? Can someone please explain to me what I'm screwing up? Or if I can somehow disable this pop-up?
Download XSA (Australia) firmware and flash it in Odin, Australian firmware has it preloaded and working. XSA also has Nougat so you're good.

Will flashing it trip the Knox? I remember rooting/flashing roms into my old note 5 and tripping the Knox that way.

If you flash firmware directly from Samsung then no, since the firmware is official and signed by Samsung. If you flash anything Custom such as a custom ROM or Kernel, then yes.
Just download the firmware from Sammobile (Ofiicial Samsung) and flash it via Odin. Knox will not trip.
