on my nexus s not work from play store download apps. it tells me error when i try. maybe its my neighbor's network problem maybe its these gapps problem i dont know but i downloaded from browser some programs... and problem is in gapps

Your device is trolling..
Google it your errors, but normally re-adding accounts, clearing Google services framework, playstore data

I was looking at flashing the 4.2 keyboard. In the 4.2 gapps link I see two keyboards, 4.2 emoji keyboard and 4.2 keyboard. does emoji keyboard contain everything as the other keyboard+emojis or is there any other difference? Which one is good to be flashed?

I'm using the full package with Nexus S with Codename 3.6.6 and Matr1x cfs v 24 kernel and is working GREAT.

Have some thing when begin using 4.3 20130904
- When restat after flash must hard reset by hand :crying:
- very hot when using 3G
- camera is only blue color

Intermittent connection for Wi-Fi and Mobile Data. Connects and works for a few minutes and then no data transfer, disabling and enabling brings back data. Any ideas regarding this issue. Anyways, awesome ROM. Thanks Maxwen!!!

Mine is working fine now. Turned WiFi off and restarted the phone. Connected to Google Now whilst WiFi was turned off and connected with no problems.

Tested 2 "alpha" versions from maxwen after this release that i think is the second one. The second time TWRP hung up at the end of installing gApps. Is a TWRP issue, so there is no implication from the rom.
Hot using 3g? mmmh yes. But not more than on a CM10.1 that was my stock rom until now. so i sense no differences in matter of temperature.
camera blueish is quite strange. have you checked the settings or tried to clear camera data and restart? i didn't noticed it

not verified here, both wifi and 3g works fine.

No bugs yet but have noticed that when opening and closing apps the animation is not smooth. You can clearly see some 'stuttering' during the animation.

[Q] Change network provider name

Hello
I have KitKat 4.4.2 factory rom installed on my phone, it's rooted etc. I also have Xposed and Gravity installed.
Does anyone know an easy way to change the network provider name that displays on the lock screen, pull down notification etc? Gravity does not have this feature I do not believe.
I also am considering using the Purity rom, and would prefer not to use Xposed/Gravity on this just in case it cause instability. I don't think Purity has this option either.

Yes. Xposed causes system to slow down a bit. But you can change provider's name using "Xblast" module. Purity lacks this feature!

Check out the theme sections. I am sure I stumbled across something there that does what you asked.

Its been quoted lots of times. You have to set the default language to us for the o.k Google voice activation to work and sign in for the rest. I think most people on 4.4.2 have it working.

test and if u got no luck may be some one does , very simple to uninstal from magisk just untick the module
and reboot .. then get back to normal again

that's wierd .. cause i never touch the script related with wifi or tethering . all the tweak is only for tcp performace .. u can find out in my old thread ..
