So everything works like a dream except for calls (and the battery but I've got that under control). I try to call someone, it shows that the call connects, but I can't hear anything and neither can the other party. The only way I hear anything is if i turn the speaker phone on using the LAB (left action button or menu button) in call.
Any one got a fix?
Thanks in advance and thanks to everyone who are putting work into this project.
Same here, tryed microfoon fix but did not help.
edit: rebooted a few times and used volume buttons when calling. works now
having similar issue tho i can hear them speaking to me, but the other side can't hear me... it's not a mic problem cos the "voice recorder" app works just fine... have you found any solutions so far, as i ask about the same issue 3 months later?
Try updating to 2.0 M5 (2.3.4)
Sorry to bump an old thread but I really want to get back onto swiftdroid.
Has the in call issue been fixed yet??

I also have to same problem with random dropped signal and just tried to use your attachment. It says the system is down. I was wondering if the problem could just be the phone and not the rom and radio. I have the radio 2.15.50.14 and gingerbread 2.3.3.
Previously a guy said it was the phone. Wich sounds logic. I do know that its not youre nand vers or radio. The bettrr signal programm is temporary down it says.

Hi guys, I've never had an android phone before but I'm loving it. Small issue though, my alarm clock doesn't work if I switch the phone off. I've got a rooted debranded o2 sgs 2. Factory reset was next on my list of things to try but was wondering if it was a known issue or something.. Thanks in advance.
No fix since off is really off. Put your phone in flightmode instead and keep it on.

Did you freeze anything via Titanium Backup? That would be a reason why.
Hi all,
Yesterday i used the kernel from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2107224&page=3 and i got that part fixed.
but today when i started my N7 i noticed that my firewall doesn't have all apps in it. and i'm sure it worked before the fix i did from the thread i mentioned.
i tried several firewalls but looks like they all suffer the same problem. even reinstalling the apps doesn't work.
anyone a clue what mightbe wrong?
i was thinking it has something to do with the shared map but can't put my finger on it.

Have you tried going back to stock kernel and see if the problem persists? Perhaps try another kernel instead.

Hey Guys,
I have a problem with my N4 which is making me crazy and i don't know what to do:
When i am at home and my phone has WLAN, most of the times whatsapp massages are not arriving anymore!
As soon as is get the phone out of sleep they are arriving in an insant!
WLAN deactiviation when sleep is off and even wlan optimization is off too
I had an iphone before and never had these problems here...
So what to do? I even flashed factory image again and started all new without anything else but whatsapp installed but it didn't help!
Thanks for your help :good:
From what I read this only happens on the stock firmware. I'm on CM10.1 and don't have the issue.
I had a similar issues on my Galaxy Nexus.
What helped at first was downloading and installing his widget posted in the OP of this thread. The WIFi High performance Widget.

If that's the case it's kernel related.
Big thread on it in the 'nexus 4 general' section, it's annoying many of us. Make sure to follow the link and make your complaint known to google too.
A workaround is to set wifi to turn off in sleep mode and have 2g (more battery friendly) on to pick up notifications, to wake the phone up.
Used to happen more often, but after I flashed PA, I don't have this issue anymore on 3G, on WiFi sometimes..

I think we have to wait for a Google fix. Read the Problem here

Yh Im having the same problem since I updated to 4.2.2.. When I first had my device and it was on 4.2.1 there were also delays but then somehow, (maybe because I rooted it?) the problem went away.
Great guys thank you very much!!!!!
I just installed the fix and it seems to work fine right now :good:
