I have now installed official 2.3.5 and TS still not working.
This is my sister´s U8800. She still have warranty. I hope in service centre they change the touchscreen and my sister get back her U8800.

My ffc was showing nothing but green static....
I found a fix listed on the Tango website....
Revert back to an older version of tango using links on this page

the problem was for the video being upside down but I found it to work with the green static problem as well....
I had the green static problem running CM 7.1. I just uninstalled it.

Saraansh9 is referring to the process in which z4root can unroot the phone
Combined with ur stock roms, if the phone gets spoilt, dell will never know it was rooted. So warranty not void

Btw these roms are not rooted so u don't need to unroot them
Hmm. Thats why i posted them here. I too had a problem and had to revert back to stock to give it in for warranty.

From the details given, it seems that you're running the stock rom and kernel. Therefore it must be a hardware issue

Go to the dell service centres. Tell them your issue. If its hardware they will probably replace the whole set so make a backup of all data. If its a software issue they'll sort it out then and there.

If your body is broken by you,you'd have to pay a small amount for it. Provided they have stock. I got my dell body replaced when I broke the screen and the plastic stuff around it recently. So yes.

If i buy the nexus 7 in Amerika, can i use it in Belgium without problems later?
A friend of me has recommended, that i don not buy it from there because i wouldn't be able to download the dutch content (if it becomes available). And would have serious language and keyboard problems.
But if i change the ro.product.locale.region and ro.product.locale.language from build.prop to EU and nl. Would that not solve the problem?

2g/3g and hSPA+ works. Only broken thing is wifi. It has something to do In setting.apk's wifi smali files. They are not the same as any other rom.

Hey thanks guys, well my cellphone show Fail-pu when i try to install the stock rom, but in one option no show fail-pu,just is loading.... but never end and yes my phone turn on.
Can you give me a solution or just died my cellphone, because i don't understand this: THAT YOU CANNOT WRITE TO THE PHONE/EMMC CHIP ANYMORE.. thats mean my cellphone died or what? if I send my phone with a technician could unbrick my phone?

Your phones gone man. When your chip gives away your phone is dead. I think someone posted a link to a emmc repair service. I don't know what thread that was I though.
