Try installing (if you already have it, upgrade it) the Chrome Browser for Android from the Google Play site and see if your problem goes away.
I already had Chrome Browser on my S3 and had all the lag and restart issues. The latest version of Chrome Browser (18th Nov) fixed all these issues. I'm not suggesting that this is a 4.3 fix. Its definitely a work around though. Its like I've got a new phone.
Problems that this fixed for me and a few other users are:
Lag after pressing home key or power button from sleep
Random restarts
App crashes
Wi-Fi drop outs

Updated the original post with a more comprehensive list but the original post does say the issues were lag and restarts. If you own an S3 that got the 4.3 update you will know what 4.3 problems are

Probably the security flaw fix they were talking about.
is this the one that has been on the market for the last two weeks or is it a update. I avoided the last one due to slow downs but want to see if this fixes it.
Nice catch - thanks!
does hulu work on it?
One thing that I notice was that Dolphin needed to updated. Now the flash loads on the pages automatically with out me pressing the button to load them. I know I could have set this up when installing or even the settings for Dolphin. Besides that, its running very smoothly. It seem to of fix a lag issue if anybody else has had that problem

Hulu will probably never work out of the box. It's up to hulu to support/license/whatever mobile viewing; and with hulu plus, it will probably never happen for free.
I'm not seeing the update :-\ Anyone else not seeing it?

i don't really visit hulu but why doesn't it work? Just use opera mini or skyfire or something of the sort. If not change the useragent to display firefox in webkit. This way the desktop version of the site loads and it should work. But then again idk anything about hulu and why it doesnt work.
I downloaded it today. Here's the apk to push through adb.

Neither of those work. Hulu doesn't allow mobile viewing and will check thoroughly either via the browser of through the version of the flash plugin you use.
I got it! It updates the current flash but doesn't show up as an update in the market.
Hmm. I wonder if we need Player V 10.1.95.1?
Adobe says the security vulnerability-in Android-is limited to v 10.1.92.10.
My EVO currently has V 10.1.72.7 (probably since the HTC/Sprint Froyo/Android 2.2 update). Apparently 10.1.72.7 doesn't have the vulnerability.
And idk the dif between 10.1.72.7 and 10.1.92.10 (or 10.1.95.1). Hate to fix what isn't broken (especially if i can't get the old one back).

I would say to just keep the one you have already. I didn't see any additional functionality from this new update atleast from my use. The file is way too big for something we already have that only takes 52.00kb. I also notice it slows down the page load times with fresh 3.2.0.0. Uninstalled...

I see that Adobe Flash 10.1.106.16 is available through applanet.
I have 10.1.95.2 on my phone now.
Should I consider upgrading?
Starting yesterday really bad leading into today my wifi xoom browser is closing practically every time I use it. It will load any site with ease but as soon as my fingers touch the screen to scroll it force closes instantly. I don't want to assume it's the Flash 10.2 update because i did that update the day it came out. Anyone else care to share a solution or am i the only one? I doubt this belongs in the Q&A section but if it does then my apologies in advance.

I would clear the browser cache/data in the settings/app menu. You could always uninstall flash, see if its goes away. Also in the browser settings try setting flash to on demand.

The browser crash bug is fairly well know. I'm not exactly sure what it is. I'm sure it'll get sorted out, it seems to be a bit better with dolphin browser but I still get random crashes. I'm have a feeling it is some memory issue.

Im stock. Crashes happen mostly when opening new tabs while using a flash heavy sites i've deducted from my ability to reproduce it in this manner consistently.

I have noticed this started several weeks ago on all my mobile browsers. Posting from my new Acer Iconia A500 64 GB, (Yes 64 GB) using stock browser, seems to be very shortly after a random page load, it just closes.( no force close, just goes back to desktop) I did notice it would do this repeatably if I was trying to change my Yahoo mail options. Curiously, my wife has an Ipad that is also suffering from the same random close issue, using both Safari or Atomic browser, and we were recently out of the country with the Ipad, using hotel WiFi, and had the exact same issues, so not an isolated issue with my home WiFi access point. Thoughts???
factory reset will clean out your troubles.
Actually went to settings, browser, cleared data & cache settings, problem went away, no more random close.
---------- Post added at 01:04 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:55 AM ----------
This is absolutely too funny, posted a reply to this (immediately above) sayiny clear data & clear cache & problem went away, and had browser close as soon as I posted the responce. First time in maybe 2 days that the browser just closed for no apparent reason, but happened while I was posting saying "It doesn't do it anymore"
Seriously don't know how people can endure this build, it's slowly driving me goddamned insane compared to 2.3.3 or 2.3.6
Just to clarify.
Retail outright purchased full unlocked GT-I9100
Android 4.0.3
Baseband: I9100XXLPQ
Kernel 3.0.15-I9100XXLPQ-CL223505

Build number: IML74K.XXLPQ
Maybe I flashed something bad over the top to give me root access? Maybe it's a dodgy root kernel or tool or some stupidity :/
I'm having all kinds of stupid, odd problems.
Winamp: Crashes 1-3 times a week
Winamp: Stops playing music, no apparent reason, just stops about 2-5 times a week (headset not pulled out) – go back in to app, pause button is available as if it's playing but timer isn't going, hit pause / play – nothing occurs (re-boot required)
Swype: The 'suggestion' box (bar) row thingo at the top of the letters, dissapears once or twice a week when typing something, literally can't fix mistakes or anything, close message – go back into whatever app I was typing in, still stuffed. (re-boot required)
General use "the animation" especially in Gmail and Google chat is AWFUL – and I think it's tied to Swype – when the bar appears / disapears, it does this pixel in / pixel out animation which is really slow and disorienting as it moves all the words up 1 row to fit in the suggesiton bar. This is SPECIFICALLY only when you're at the very bottom row of an email, I recall a similar issue on GB on my HTC HD2 – it's just bad design. (Can anyone else re-create this? Makes google chat utterly awful)
GPS is significantly less accurate in Endomondo
Its well known that LPQ is just bad
get the XWLP7 works great after clean install
LPQ is old
get LP7 or LP8
Why don't you simply go back to GB or try a custom ROM?
My only gripe about the "Official" ICS firmware is the dodgy scrolling. But I'm on an AOKP based ROM so all I experience is beautiful smoothness

LP8 clean, unbranded.

I am unable to post in the forum for the eos JB wingray so I am posting here and to see if I am alone with this or not.
I have the mz604 WiFi Xoom with teameos JB 141 wingray and if I search through stock browser it crashes. I click "find on page" then after I hit 2 letters it crashes.
Anyone else? The 141 seems to fixed a lot of bugs since I do not freeze or random reboot anymore so I should not complain just wondering if it is an easy fix or not
Thanks

Well I am sure they will get this in the next update. 141 seems to be by far the most stable yet, the last few ad some major problems. Every so often my notifications bar would fill up with everything I have ever downloaded. Get to be annoying having 50 thing completed I have to remove.
Am really happy with 141 way to go TeamEos you have come through like always.
Also, you should do a clean install before reporting issues to make sure it isn't something you did to it.

100% clean installed, did a factory reset, wipe and everything. I even rewiped it to remove all my apps and data to see if it is something I am running causing it. But it still did it so I used titanium backup to restore my files.
Is no problem I can live with no browser search just thought I would report it if they felt like it was an easy fix
I wanted to get the Nexus 7, my last Android device being my phone the Xperia Arc S. The ability to watch flash on android just did it for me to be honest, because I stream a lot of websites.
However now that Jelly Bean is out, it doesn't support flash anymore. I've heard the arguments "It doesn't matter, HTML5 is rolling out"- Yes, it's ROLLING out, many websites still use Flash and I would like to be able to use that. Is there no way at all to be able to install flash on a fresh Nexus 7 device at the moment?
Yes, just find the apk and sideload it.
Haven't tested it with 4.2,but there are still a couple browsers in Google Play that still support flash (as the stock Chrome browser does not).
Do understand that EVENTUALLY Android will update to a version that breaks compatibility with the Flash app. And when that happens nobody will be there to fix it, Google and Adobe have moved on.

I've read from loads of places that "theoretically" it should work, however I'm not too sure as I tried it out in a store and I couldn't get it to work. I loaded up Dolphin browser after installing the APK file and it didn't work
For some it may seem like a minor issue, however no flash is a deal breaker for me. It's one of the main reasons I left iOS and hopped aboard the Android train, as it allowed a no-restriction user experience

New versions of dolphin do not support flash. You need to find one of the older versions to make it work.

I haven't tried it but I've heard Boat browser works
I have flash working in stock aosp browser on 4.2 stock-rooted ROM. just placed stock browser in /system/app/ after renaming BrowserProviderProxy.apk and BrowserProviderProxy.odex, I just added a 1 at the beginning of the filename. Rebooted and voilà, I had flash.
