when it will be finally released?
and when will properly CM roms be released? there are few CM/AOSP roms but they all full of bugs, ditched and not updated, and not ready for daily use

In the last week cyanogenmod news, mentioning Galaxy note 3 exynos in the upcoming devices.
Any one have any ideas about when the official or unofficial builds will be released?

Hello friends I bought this device yesterday coming from Samsung Galaxy Grand. And I was shocked to see this device development.
S4 doesn't have a stable CM 11 dafuq man.. My weird outdated Grand has CM12 that too stable build with RIL working in it's initial build. i respect the Developers and appreciate there efforts and work. But I am bit shocked how we don't have CM 11 or AOSP ROMs.
Galaxy Grand have Snapdragon CPU and all sources available unlike Exynos CPU in i9500 so we don't have stable build only nighties

So this means Exynos cpu has less development over snapdragon?

yes because Samsung don't release full sources
Nightly Build its stable enough for daily usage and there's many other AOSP based ROMs for i9500

Yes ?
The Galaxy grand 2 have snapdragon, I have a galaxy grand and have broadcom cpu and have more support than the i9500, but I can understand this.
Samsung hating custom roms since 2011.
Hi, is there any 6.0 roms floating about for the snapdragon version of the note 4?
No, not yet. The stock images for Nexus was released yesterday and so was the source-code, CyanogenMod will probably merge their code in approximately 2 weeks.
So apparently, Samsung released source for the Galaxy S6. I did a Google search for it and I search Galaxy S6 on the Samsung Opensource Release Center (OSRC). So my question is: the developers need the source for roms like Cyanogenmod, and it's right here so why is the development process slow, and the ned result buggy?

That's the kernel source

Not the CPU Source, I see thanks for clarifying.
Would it be possible to port android 7 to the s6 edge+?
just saw the beta is out here
http://www.sammobile.com/2016/11/04/samsung-starts-android-nougat-beta-test-galaxy-s7-edge-uk/
The beta isn't out there, the beta tester app exists but it does nothing, only shows an error when opening. I doubt that porting an Android version that isn't released for this device is possible due to driver issues etc, until a beta comes out for this device, at least (example is the lack of any Samsung based ported ROMs over 4.4 Kitkat for the Galaxy S3, 4.4 was the last official version from Samsung for the S3, and porting 5.0+ ROMs isn't possible because of that). And it wouldn't be worth it anyway, because in a few weeks the beta will come to this device too :good:
