Hello!
I have a Mk809III android mini pc. I flashed a custom firmware on it without a problem, but the image keep flashing randomly.. I tried with all kind of firmware but it's not good. I found a "half official" fw. for mk802, and it worked on it, but i really want finless or neomod rom. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Thanks.

Hey all,
Quick question for those who may know about this model of the S4. I bought a lovely blue S4 here in China last week, and it unfortunately didn't come with Gapps. I tried to flash it with firmware from another region, but all the regions I have tried so far have failed, and the device soft bricked (despite it now showing as an i9500 device). Luckily, I managed to flash a recovery (cofface), and from there get Arrow's 8.0 ROM on the device.
However, I'm still unable to flash any stock firmware to the device (Odin fails each and every time), and I'm therefore wondering if that means that I will never be able to upgrade to Android 4.3 (and eventually 4.4) as I can't flash stock 4.3 firmwares, or the Adonis pit. I also don't seem to be able to flash stock Chinese software any longer, although that could be because I can't locate a 5-file version of the software.
Has anyone had a similar issue, or worked out a way to either return to stock, or to upgrade to 4.3? I'd be grateful for any help which could be offered here, as I love the handset, but don't want to always be stuck on a 4.2.
Cheers! :good:
What: Samsung S5 G906 S/K/L 32GB ROM 3GB RAM
Problem: Worked well with Milan ROM V2. Opted to update to V3. After Flashing through recovery, Issues arised.
1. Please install MDM (MMC Unmounted after booting)
2. Camera wont launch. Says Security Policy prevents use of Camera.
3. Bluetooth wont launch.
Been into hard reset, flashing old builds, even the first version of ROM. Tried Rooting and installing Philz Recovery to wipe Dalvik.
Anyway i am hoping to find solutions here. been awake since yesterday looking for solutions.
Thanks Much.
Have you found a solution?
Have you tried reverting back to Samsung stock?
I've found now about this Milan ROM.
I'd like to install a custom ROM on my G906K, but Asian language is not mine and translators are not that good.
Please give me your advice.
Tnx.
Hi guys,
I really hope someone can point me in the right direction here, I'd really appreciate it!
I've never had to ask for help before with flashing one of my devices, and have flashed hundreds of times with my previous phones, S3, S5 and Note3 .. However this one has me a bit stumped. I have the Note4 N910F and I see many awesome LP ROMS seem to require that you flash stock 5.0.1 via Odin before flashing the custom ROM.
I managed to do this successfully with the ROM listed at Sammobile called "Unknown 5.0.1 N910FXXU1BOC3 N910FTPD1BOC1" - Everything is OK, boots perfectly and I have cell signal and LTE. Rooting was also a non-issue. The problem I have though is that no matter which custom recovery I try, and regardless of ROM that I try, all seem to get stuck in a boot loop at the Samsung screen.
Am I doing or have done something horribly wrong?
Please help!
I think I may have answered my own question. The stock ROM I flashed was BOB3, it seems I need to be on BOB4, which is the German based ROM. Busy downloading that now!

Why can't you flash custom rom's with BOB3 installed?
Thanks
Hi guys,
I have just been trying to go from a custom rom (Older Dr Keaton Rom) to marshmallow.
I downloaded the marshmallow firmware and after flashing in PC Odin I now get " Firmware Upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again".
I have no certainty but suspect that it needs a different bootloader?
This is the marshmallow stock uk rom,
N910FXXS1DPH8_N910FO2U1DPG2_N910FXXU1DPB1_HOME.tar
I have a N910F Note 4.
Can anyone help me get this back to a working stock rom?
EDIT* I have the phone working on an old rom based on Boc 5.
So still how to get it to Marshmallow. Is it different bootloader?
Thanks in advance.

I am in exactly the same position, coming from the same rom to marshmallow with the 910F. how did you fix it?
Anyone can help me?
Hi,
I can't remember how I fixed it, but I think it was just down to getting the correct rom to load into it. I am sorry but it was ages ago so I cant be sure...
It was either that I just found a rom that worked or changed the bootloader.
Good luck mate
Hello,
I have recently replaced the motherboard on my N910C with N910F (because it was the only one that I could find at that moment). I had to replace the camera as well because they are not compatible. I got my motherboard from Aliexpress, and it seems to be working fine. It came with some preinstalled software that was running Android 5.0.1. on PHE CSC which seems to be Spanish software. I flashed the latest Marshmallow 6.0.1. from Sammobile and its working great. But I wanted to flash Astra Dream UX ROM v.40F so I rooted the device, flashed TWRP and put the ROM on SD card, wiped everyhting (I have flashed roms before on my S4) and after successful installation, what happens is that phone constantly reboots after Samsung splash screen. It managed to get to boot animation first time after flashing, but after that, any Custom ROM that I flash installs without issues, but doesn't go further than Splash screen logo. I have tried 3 or 4 TWRP versions, but none of them seems to fix the issue. So I reflashed stock ROM using Odin and now its working fine. Any suggestion what might be the issue?

For some reason v4 of that rom won't boot for anyone without having to flash another kernel. Also, I've heard that dirty flashing over v3 works too, but I did the kernel change when I used it.
But I also flashed Nemesis N7 port v3.0 and Aurora Note 5 port v7.0, none of them booted. I used kernels provided with the ROMs.
As said previous, try to flash another kernel after flashing the ROM. You have ramkernel or flashpoint that I know of for custom ported roms.
