Hello everybody,
Has anybody out there know how to change the sound notification for incoming MMS?? I've tried googling and forum search but did not find topics related yet.
I know with Smartphones, the sound notification for incoming MMS is the same as incoming mail, but it seems it is not the case with XDA2.
Also, is there other MMS application for the XDA2? an application that can link with the SMS/email inbox? Just like they did with the Smartphone edition?? The current MMS application is so slow to display the current inbox.
somebody asked the same question awhile agoe
the way to do it was to replace some wav file or something in mms composer's dir
try doing a search i'm sure you can find it

somebody said something about 2003SE having mms as a part of outlook like sms is today but i'm not positiv that it's true
Is it just me, or does anyone else want the ability to add a line-feed to sms messages? Anyone know if it's possible?
The keyboard that comes up on my magic (in both portrait and lanscape mode) don't have a return button - just smiley button.
In fact, it seems you can't add a line-feed/carriage return in MMS messages either?
So, I realized yesterday that my phone does not receive picture messages, I can send then just fine, as well as sms. I can even receive sms messages fine. I called tmo yesterday and they had me delete the "telkila" (sp?) apn to no avail.then they had me do wipe/factory reset. After all that I still don't receive mms. I'm out of town and plan to call them this afternoon when I get back home, but before I do, I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem or maybe has any suggestions. Rooted, using handcent sms...
Sent from myTouch 4G using XDA app
I cannot send MMS and have not received any so IDK if people have tried to send me any or not otherwise I would be sure I had recieving MMS problems as well...
I can send and recieve SMS fine though..
I just sent an MMS (I think it went through...)...I think it depends on the method...it didnt work when I view the picture, tap on it, select the SEND OUT icon and then I tap Messages....
it DID work when I did this method:
I had the SMS open, clicked the PaperClip icon, attached the picture, then input the persons name....
weird? -maybe the expresso UI is interfering with froyos native mms ability?
has anyone had a problem with mms? when i recieve a mms it doesnt show a preview pic like on the captivate and some of the messages say message is to large or not supported by my phone.does anyone have a solution for this? thx in advance
Am I missing a setting or something? Whenever someone sends me a MMS, all I can see in the sender text window is the name of the person who sent the text. Shouldnt it show the entire list of people included in the MMS? Where can I see all the people included in it?
anyone?
