All of a sudden, my screen rotation has stopped working. It's turned on in setting and "smart rotate" is off. I checked the sensor output in the test thing (*#0*#) and it's changing correctly.
Any suggestions other than a factory reset?

Does anyone else have a problem where auto rotate seems to stop working after turning the screen off. I have to change to portrait then back to get it to work.
I noticed something strange the past few day. The location settings on on my 6P change to "Battery Saving" every time the screen is off. When I turn it back on and change it to high accuracy, it automatically reverts back to battery saving after I turn off the screen.
It used to work fine because Runkeeper and Runtastic used to track perfectly with screen off, but now as soon as I turn off the screen the gps location is lost. Any idea?
Running latest May update, with Xposed and gravity Box.
Yesterday i had to factory reset my s10 plus because i was haring battery drain with the latest update.
But since the reset the AOD will not appear. Everything is correct activated but it will only appear on setting laying down. Standing keeps black
Nobody with the same problem
If you have any motion settings enabled like lift to wake or flip to mute disable them to verify that none of those settings is interfering with your AOD.
Recently I have noticed when I set my phone down the screen stays turned on. Has anyone else had this issue? The screen just will not turn off I have readjusted the timeout settings. Stay awake is not turned on in developer options. It only happens on the home screen. While I'm browsing the internet or doing just about anything else the screen will time out properly.
So no one else is having this issue?
I have the above unit and for the first week it worked properly. Dimmed when lights on, undimmed when lights off.
Now I have an issue where when I start the car(lights off) the screen is always dim. I have to turn on and off the lights to get it back bright or I have to manually press the Dim/Brighten button on AGAMA Car Launcher.
I removed AGAMA launcher to see if that was it, I factory reset in the menu option and I also did a pin reset on the face of the unit. It's still the same way ...
Any ideas?
Solution. I had the touch button lights set to always on. Turning that off fixed it. Bug in firmware probably. Got the info from 4PDA.
