Yes.
You need to flash the stock rom from the google site.
the same way you would flash a custom rom.

Okay, but I don't really want to go back to stock. Can I just do a Custom Rom?

Android 4.3 Dialer

So I am assuming that Android 4.3 will take a while after the announcement to reach our Nexus 4 devices. Is there anyway to use the dialer from the leaked 4.3 ROM in the current stock 4.2.2? I would really love to have T9 dialing capabilities. Thanks!

Wrong forum.
But, why don't you try it by your self. Download android 4.3 ROM takeout the dialer and flash it.

Do I need to flash a new ROM or is there some MOD? I am rooted, but I do not wish to flash a custom ROM. I am happy with stock.
Which is the ROM that you have shown in your screenshot?

Most custom ROMs have that. You can always use a vanilla type ROM like Saber mod.

ok do you not flash a rom because you are worried about something? Honestly I see no reason for anyone preferring stock over a rom thats stockish with choices.
If you are rooted already then get your hands on the zip file and extract what you need and either adb or place it in an update zip and try it out. Backup first

you have made alterations to your phone so its not longer stock. the file you are flashing is for a stock rom and to be flashed in a stock recovery. to flash the update simply re-flash a stock recovery and allow the update to go through. you can also simply wait and flash an updated custom stock rom.
Edit: link deleted....may confuse you
Edit2: Using the toolkits you should be able to find the stock recovery image and flash it back

I have wiped every rom from the phone other than stock and it still wont boot. I can get access to Odin is there a way to wipe it from there and return it to factory?

besides safestrap not supporting 4.3 roms, are you postitive you didn't flash anything on your stock rom? if you did and you can't boot the only option to returning your phone back to stock is taking it to best buy to samsung experience and having them reflash your phone
I am off to there tonight.

I'm using VirginROM now. safestrap works great but you really have to read the directions carefully.

[Q] Upgrade 4.3 with root

My bank has released a new app which is only available on DVU1ANE1.
What's the best way to get this update with a rooted device? Do I simply download the firmware, remove recovery and flash SuperSU?
Or is there a better way to do this?
Surely there is someone who knows the answer to this seemingly simple request?

I have a rooted 4.4 S5. I want to update to the latest firmware available, but need root.
Flash a Rom based on that firmware?

I like stock, so it wasn't an option. Needless to say, the ROM selection for the S5 is rather low when it comes to quality. I prefer to stick with a stock ROM.
Anyway, I flashed the official ROM, los root and used Geohots Towel Root. Worked a charm on my G900i.

AOSP on new bootloader

Is it now possible to flash AOSP on a stock kit kat bootloader? Because before I heard that AOSP can only be flash on old stock boot loader which is Android 4.3.

I believe YES. I've installed AOSB on kitkat bootloader with no problems at all.
Check the other roms discussion threads, you'll find out the answer if you search inside the thread.

Help please. I tried to install AOSB with Cwm with full wipe. I was on X-Note 17. After I flash it soft bricked my device. Manage to save it by flashing a stock firmware through Odin. Any idea?
