extract and put the attached file into /system/media/audio/notifications , then reboot and it should be in settings

Does anyone know of a way to disable this? At my home I have no reception and I'd like to disable it since it takes a sizable amount of space in the notification menu.

This happened to me on my one x and now nexus. Simply click the notification and choose the option to choose network automatically. Shouldn't get the message after that.

OK, let's say I want to change the water drop screen touch sound on my stock rooted mf9 rom to the sound it makes when you select multiple pictures to delete in the gallery. How would I go about making that change and how to find the files? Thanks dudes!

On the gs3 all of the sounds you are looking for are in system/media/audio/ui. TW_Touch.ogg and S_HW_Touch.ogg are the ones you want, assuming the gs4 is similar to the gs3.

coming from a note 2 i needed a custom rom / mod in order to disable that feature lol
Yeah you need to have a custom room or xposed mod to get the setting back.

For SMS/MMS, I installed Textra and turned off the native messaging app. Textra allows you to not wake up the screen in settings. Not exactly a fix, but I'm liking the app so far.

I googled it and there's a flash file but of course we dont have thst ability yet soo gunna have to deal with it until then.

Hi,
So i have been searching online for a solution to turn offthe camera focus/click sound. Howver, i was not able to find a solution. I tired renaming and moving. Camera click,ogg in system folder but that sound still persists. If i put phone. On mute. It's. Gone. But is there any way to remove. It for good?

Works like a charm. Except one issue.
Only since installing the upgrade, every sms I send results in a toast saying "insert a Sim to send sms." I am on Sprint, correct APN settings, mms and sms are confirmed working, but still getting the toast.
Just annoying.

Yup. Seems random for me. Sometimes they are there.. Sometimes they aren't.

I was able to get them to show up in app by force closing the app and rebooting my phone.

Confirmed. Didn't like the new noise so I'm still using the old one XD
