You have unlocked your bootloader with your Computer right?? so the drivers is working fine..
If you can get into bootloader you just need to extract the ROM, and run flash-all.xx

are you trying to run fastboot while in your phones recovery or bootloader?

You don't flash stock google firmware using recovery, you flash it using fastboot while the device is on bootloader mode.

I've installed the driver and want to flash it using fastboot. but cmd says "is not recognize".
omg what the day !!

then it seems that the driver isnt installed properly(or in the right location), fastboot wouldnt see your device then.

Do you have a custom recovery installed? If so, load a .zip rom and push it via custom recovery...
.... If not, use ADB to push a reflash of a clean install of 4.3

my friend (soft?)bricked his nexus 4...help?

So he was following some random youtube video that was years old so it probably was outdated...
the phone state is currently unlocked, not unrooted yet..but with clockwork mod .
it responds to fastboot commands using the nexus toolkit by wugfresh but i can't get adb to work? all the guides i see say you have to have the phone booted normally before installing it and we can't do that
any help is appreciated
Your situation is a bit unclear, Is the phone boot looping? What you can do is flash a factory image while the phone is on the bootloader mode using Ncry toolkit or something similar. This way doesn't require the phone to be on or have any flash files already on the phone.
hey thanks for relying so fast, yes it is boot looping, ill try what you said now and update status, thanks again
edit: where would i get the factory image? does that toolkit download it for you?

you didn't go into the stock recovery after unlocking bootloader
here is the factory images page - https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
you could probably just flash the recovery.img in the image-*.zip file to recovery, then go into recovery, wait for it to do it's thing then flash clockworkmod, philz or TWRP with the toolkit and do root etc.
you can also just flash the factory image, then do the stuff with the toolkit (easier)
sorry if I've confused you o.o
Easiest way to do this is to use Ncry (http://goo.gl/l0iuEn):
1. Put phone in bootloader an connect phone to pc with Ncry ON.
2. Click on the one click menu.
3. click SR mode.
The programme will automatically download the files and do the flashing, when finished the phone will auto boot.

Lg G2 LS980 Will not boot

I had stock android installed. And I had rooted. I tried to use flashify to install TWRP, but every time it rebooted it would go into fastboot mode. well, I didn't think it would be an issue if I decided to just let the stock update run it's course instead of flashing a rom. So I had the OTA for kitkat run. The phone rebooted, and will only boot into fastboot, and download mode. I need help to get back to stock of any form, root or no root. Please? I am quite far from any repair center at a hotel for the next few days, so Wi-Fi is quite slow.

When I flash twrp, should I flash a nonstock rom, or stock? Can you direct me to stock downloads.
open command prompt in ADB and execute
fastboot flash twrpls980.img
*make sure you put the downloaded image in the adb folder or you will have to include the path to where the file is located.
I was on a stock ROM when I flashed it, here you can find some stock files. http://downloads.codefi.re/autoprime/LG/LG_G2/LS980/Stock_Firmware

Download this > http://download1983.mediafire.com/k2...loki-ls980.img
put it in your ADB folder and rename it to recovery.img ( just easier to find it )
plug the phone in
open Command Prompt in ADB folder ( hold shift + windows button in ADB folder )
fastboot flash recovery.img ( if you are using a different recovery image, sub it here, fastboot flash blank.img)
this should give you TWRP recovery, you can the use the .zips to update ROMs

All these things can be done through ADB yes. Didn't you have to download ADB to root in the first place? You shouldnt have to download again. However if you want to check start up a command prompt and type adb devices. That should pop up something if you have adb installed. I'm not sure if you need to be in a parent folder first though.

So, I have ADB installed. I am on windows 8 though, and the shift+windows button are not opening the prompt. Furthermore when I plug my phone in the computer says "windows cannot find 'C:\ Program Files (X86)\Mobogenie\Mobogenie.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again" I have no clue what Mobogenie is!
Advice? if there is any for me?
Edit: I can get the ADB window open, but when I type the command "fastboot flash twrp_2.6.3.3_loki-ls980"
I get the following:
unknown partition 'twrp_2.6.3.3_loki-ls980'
error: cannot determine image filename for 'twrp_2.6.3.3_loki-ls980'
I am not sure what to do... Is the Mobogenie the issue? I have all of the proper drivers installed. though I don't see my device in computer on the laptop. Help please? I don't think I can take the device into sprint or lg, because it was rooted.

If yu was at stock rom you coldn't flash any .img file from LineageOs.
I think you have to restore(your own twrp backup) or flash the newest stock rom.

its stock recovery
So you have to flash stock rom using fastboot. After update to the newest.
Remember!!! Don't lock bootloader and:
Without: "oem begin, flash bootloader, gpt, oem lock"
Check how many system sparsechunks are in downloaded StockRom.zip, you have to flash all from 0 to end.
Here is how to:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mo...de-return-to-stock-relock-bootloader-t3489110

You have bootloop. You can connect only in bootloader/fastboot mode.
Only fastboot can detect the device.
Windows device manager should show "adb device".
How did you unlock bootloader?
