I'm looking for a little help from anyone with a Telus G2 in the Greater Toronto Area.
My call forward settings have gotten all wonkey and I'm looking for the default numbers that are on the phone.
To access the call forward menu:
> Go to Settings
> Under the "Networks" tab go to "Call"
> Call Forwarding
If anyone can reply or PM me the default numbers for "Busy", "Unanswered" and "Unreachable" it would be greatly appreciated

Hi folks,
I've got a problem with the call diversion on the Xperia. Today I went skiing and let my phone at home so I wanted to forward all incoming calls to my girlfriend's phone. I openend the phone options and wanted to set the call forwarding, but I could just set it to "mailbox". I could not chose any phone numbers or contacts to forward the calls to. With all my previous phones the call forwarding was no problem but the xperia doesn't seem to let me do as I want.
Any solutions?

have exactly the same problem with winmo. I see no chance to forward calls to another phone no.
Any solution would be appreciated.
I can type in a number and forward my call to that number... did you try that or you were just trying to choose from a pull down menu?

Click to collapse
I already tried that but the network did not save the settings so no call forwarding was set. But even if it would work like this I won't be very happy because I see no reason to write the desired phone number down just to type it in a few seconds later. There have to be a way to get the contacts shown in this menu.
Anyone know where I go into my phone to view my Reject List? I just can seem to find it in any of my setting options.
Thanks.
settings>call settings>all calls>auto reject>auto reject list
Its kind of buried. It is in settings > call settings > all calls > auto reject

Thanks for the info. i was trying to figure this out for myself
Hello all,
I have an issue with this model where I am not able to change the voicemail number in the settings. When I go to Call -> Settings -> Supplementary service -> Inbox -> Voicemail, it automatically dials *88 instead of 123 that T-Mobile uses. Does anybody have the same issue or know of a way to fix it so I can edit it? When I dial 123, it definitely goes to my voicemail but I am unable to use the T-mobile visual voicemail or even get notifications when somebody leaves me a voicemail. I enjoy the phone a lot but this issue is definitely a deal breaker if I am unable to get this working. Please help and thank you!
I have a Sprint L720 Galaxy S4 that I am currently using with Metro PCS/T-Mobile. I have the correct APN settings, I can make and receive calls just fine. I can send texts and MMS just fine and receive texts as well. I can not receive MMS messages or texts with picture attachments.
I looked in the ##DATA# menu or ##3282# menu as I have my MSL number. If anybody here has used the L720 with T-Mobile/MetroPCS can you please give me your working settings from the data menu?
I looked through the entire data menu and it is filled with Sprint.com this and sprint/mms/server that etc. I tried changing the most obvious things to T-Mobile's settings, but I know I am missing the crucial settings to allow me to send and receive texts with photo attachments. I tried the METROPCS fix here in the forums for the L720, but the files give errors when installing. I am certain that manually entering the settings from someone else's phone will work. There are a lot of settings in the ##DATA# menu, but it would take maybe five minutes to copy them down.
I would really appreciate it if anyone could give me their working info. T-Mobile said they simply do not have time to look those up as the data menu is too specific. The phones in the stores are not rooted not do they have the dialer app installed to get me to the data menu.
Thank you very much.

Just wondering if anyone else knows why the Voicemail section of the Phone Settings menu is inaccessible. It's permanently set to My Carrier. Every phone I've owned before this has allowed me to change Voicemail to Google Voice. Thanks in advance.
This has happened to me with all of my LG phones. G5, G5, and V20, and a few Samsung phones. You just have to forward your number to your google voice number. You can either go to Settings > Networks > Call > More > Call Forwarding. Change The Busy, Unanswered and Unreachable options to your GV number. Now if someone calls your regular number and you don't answer it'll get forwarded to your GV number and the voicemail will pick up. It's worked for me for years now.
Lg v20 new not setting my google voice number. Cant find a setting. Guessing all the web smarts are before Android 7.0.
